I have been going to Premier Nails since they opened and I am always very happy with the quality of the manicures and pedicures, as well as the friendliness of the technicians. They are wonderful! Might be pricier than some of the other options nearby, but always worth it!

First and only pedicure of 2022 in November = it has been too long. The signature pedicure I got was absolutely delightful. Relaxing experience, and I'm please with the results. Location is clean and calm, the massage chairs are great, and the service good.

I’ve gotten gel manicures here a before and always had an average experience. It’s definitely overpriced but convenient. This time, I wanted to try a dip manicure. The manicurist didn’t do any prep-work to my cuticles/nails. I asked for square shape and they ended up being round/uneven. The manicurist dropped one of the metal tools on the floor and picked it up and kept using on me. I had to ask her to get a new one, and she just grabbed another one from a random unsealed bag. This experience was definitely not worth 60+ dollars and I left feeling disappointed. BUT then…a few days later I noticed my pinky nail was red and puffy, it looked like a bubble coming out of the nail. The pain was terrible and kept me up at night. My doctor told me it was infected and I went on antibiotics. I would think twice about getting dip nails here (or any service really). They don’t seem to prioritize cleanliness.

Price for a deluxe pedicure went from $50 in 2020 to $68 in 2022, and the service declined. It is a waste of $ and time.

I walked in for a spontaneous Pedicure without an appointment. This salon is gorgeous! Loads of comfortable chairs and colors to choose from. The front desk girl was very friendly. The water was hit and I splurged for an extra long massage. So worth it!! Exfoliating hot paraffin had me feeling a jello. I seriously almost fell asleep. Wonderful. On the television we're gorgeous nature scenes which contributed to the relaxing vibe. I have found my go to pedicure spot. Next time...mani and pedicure. Street parking out front.

This spot is on the pricier side, but it’s the best service I’ve had in a while! Pedicure was outstanding. My nail technician gave a great foot and calf massage, and the massage chair was also amazing and had lots of settings! I made an appointment but was able to get in same day an hour later. I do not understand all the negative reviews and was almost initially dissuaded from going because of them. It’s a very nice facility, quiet and calming ambiance, and appears clean and efficient. Highly recommend!

Shellac and gel is similar but slightly different. They said it is the same. Just google the differences so you are informed. They offer shellac and regular 4. Lots of chairs so was spaced out though they sat someone next to me towards the end- which was fine as still spaced out and I wore my mask as do they 5. Lots of color choices 6. Will update wirh more images and how the mani pedi lasts. I did shellac nails and regular on toes Thanks !! Hi

I really really really wanted to make this place MY spot. Tried it for over a year, gave it several chances, you want to be reasonable, pandemic, inflation, etc. My last visit on 7.11.2022 was the last ...patronage. The services and charges $5 for dip powder removal. $15 if you don't get it done with them. $45 BASIC pedicure, not even a little scrub, was informed that the signature pedicure is the one that does the scrub and buffing $58 Dip powder NOT manicure. No cuticle removal. Was informed that I would have to add a basic manicure service. Since there is no updated menu with the services described and detail my expectations were different. Prices are also not available Note that I've been coming here for around a year, so if their services/packages/prices changed there was no clear communication. I left the place wondering why I was treated differently. Nobody likes that feeling when spending some time and money on self care. Quality of the service is average, it felt rushed, i had to remind the esthetician that her own nails were scratching my hand while she was filing my nails.

I came here for getting my nails done. It is so pricy but the service is not at all good. I got gel Color on my nails which doesn’t even shine or look like gel paint. Disgusting service received here.I won’t come here ever again.

The pedicure was good, but my shellac manicure chipped on the second day. I came back in, and my other hand had a finger starting to chip, so I said, please take the whole thing off and do it again; ill pay for some of it because it was one day, and most of my nails look good, But two. She did my nails saying “ ill make your manicure last” and then she massage my arms and my shoulders which was really nice, when it came time to pay, she charged full price for another manicure and all the massage no discount! Nothing! she looked at me with dollar signs in her eyes.$66.00 She said I made sure I did your manicure really well it’s gonna last. After shelling out $85 between shelac manicure and the massage I knew I would never come back. I went to a different place to get my next manicure done. The woman could not get my manicure off. She had to use an electric file to grind off what was painted on my nails. Between applying nail polish remover she would use a tool that was an electric grinder. The new women said this product will damage your Nails very much.

Booked a full set and a pedicure, when I arrived I asked for a long ombré full set and a white gel pedicure. I left with a short dip French tip manicure. They did get the toes right but they were done sloppy with jagged edges. They convinced me to do dip instead of shellac mostly because they didn't seem confident in their ability beyond dip. The whole time I was waiting for this clearly French tip manicure to turn to ombré but it never did. I decided not to say anything and just give a subpar tip because she had made it clear she understood I was asking for ombré but this is still what she did. I'm fairly certain they don't even know what ombré is. The dip is messy with white powder scattered throughout the nail as well... not too mention the bill was $130 before tip

My pedicure was fine, but manicure was sub par! Nail paint was not applied properly and didn't even look finished! And my nail paint started coming off the very next day!!! Extremely disappointed!
