I would give 0 stars if I could. Very slow to fill a simple prescription. If you want it the same day you have to go in and ask for it. They will seem very annoyed and tell you they and need at least an hour to fill it.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. The person on the phone literally hung on up me mid-sentence as I was trying to explain a simple misunderstanding they had.

I've frequented this Walgreens pharmacy and have experienced both highs and lows. The staff here, despite being evidently overwhelmed, always try their best to be helpful and courteous in my experience. However, the long wait times and occasional prescription errors are hard to overlook. It's clear that these issues stem more from corporate-level decisions, particularly regarding staffing and workload, rather than the frontline employees' efforts. While it's frustrating to face delays and mistakes, I encourage the customer base to remember that the staff are working under difficult conditions and have more empathy. The experience can definitely be frustrating, but some of the behavior I have observed towards the staff is unkind and hard to watch. I find it very concerning that corporations like Walgreens seem to have adopted the skeleton crew staffing model they used during the pandemic, and chosen to just make people deal with poor service in favor of higher profit margins. The lack of any response from Walgreens corporate to the overwhelmingly negative feedback on this platform is telling. I believe this pharmacy has the potential to offer excellent service if given the right resources and support.

Don’t send ur prescriptions here, or be prepared to wait an hour even tho they said your meds will be ready. Go somewhere else.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Understand they are understaffed, but the service here is so slow it is inexcusable. Wait times in person tend to be 30'+ and if you try to call expect to wait at least 45' to get anyone on the phone. WIll no longer be using this pharmacy.

I've been waiting for my anxiety medicine, depression medicine, and ADHD medicine for over a month. I've waited for 5+ hours on hold and another 5+ hours in line at the pharmacy this week alone. I just spent an hour and a half on hold w the pharmacy, and when I realized it had been an unexpected amount of waiting time I had my partner call. He immediately got a "the pharmacy is temporarily closed" message, while I was still on hold with the NOW CLOSED PHARMACY. No message to let me know the pharmacy was closed, no message to let me know I was sitting on hold with no one. Frankly, I should sue for school fees bc I need my ADHD medication to be successful in school, and the Mercer Island Walgreens has made it nearly impossible to pick up prescriptions or communicate with the pharmacy. Choose literally any other NON-WALGREENS pharmacy. They invested way too much money into Theranos and now we're paying for their terrible decision making.

In-store, OTC, 2023-09-30.The staff was helpful. I would probably give a three or four stars for that. The store (and other stores in Greater Seattle at least) should be better managed.1. There are places where you need to push a button and wait to get help, and more than not you would fail to notice that button.2. They have no idea about their stock, and their website has outdated/wrong data. Their system should be able to record how many of each item the got into the store, and how many are checked out, so that their website doesn’t have to lie about availability.Overall, nice staff, mid/poor management.

Worst ever and super rude pharmacy staffs. Avoid it if you can. Came in for my COVID shots and arrived at my appointment time. Waited for 45 mins and asked nicely how long do i still need to wait? The staff yelled rudely - just wait wont take longer than another hour. So mean and would never come back.

I am a provider and have had multiple patients tell me or our office that the pharmacy at mercer island branch did not have our prescription or that it was never called in. Even though we knew we had called it in. Again, this happened to me as I was at England on a family vacation. An emergency patient called me and needed a prescription called in. I was put on hold at 11 pm British time for over 11 mins then decided to call back since no one was answering the provider line for new prescriptions and left a very detailed message that my entire family heard me leave since we were all in the taxi together. I had to even buy a day phone pass to make the call. The patient then texted me the next day to say the pharmacy said there was no message and the patient was clearly upset. I checked my phone log and the phone number and indeed all was correct on my end. This pharmacy is consistently a problem. Our office will no longer call prescriptions into this pharmacy.

wish I could give it zero stars. This used to be my go to pharmacy, and I loved the drive up window but there is always a wait and they closed to pharmacy on me for lunch after I stood in line for 15 minutes. They could have let people know before they wasted their time in line. Also, I tried to give them my new insurance info and they said I should do it when I pick up. Two hours later I get an automated call that my Rx cannot be filled because there was an issue with my insurance, so again I wait, this time on the phone.

I submitted a prescription 2 weeks ago. The medication was not in stock & I was told they'd have to order it & it would probably take 2 days. 2 WEEKS later...there has been NO follow up, NO medication ordered & NO apologies for the delay, inconvenience & lack of accountability. Highly unprofessional. The "convenience" of the local drug store is undone by its unreliability. The pharmacy in desperate need of new management.

I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs in the future. My doctor sent my prescription over. I visited the pharmacy few hours later and was told they did not receive the order and the information was not in their system. The lady at the pharmacy window was very rude and condescending as if why I was there to bother them without a prescription. It turned out the prescription was sent to them, but they had not processed it yet. They also ran out of the medication I needed.

They don’t serve you with a military ID. Very poor management.
