Incompetence. Shockingly bad customer service. Nobody answers the phone. Prescriptions on auto refill are never automatically refilled. The online refill service falsely claims when a prescription will be ready. I will never enter that store again.

Really sad store. You can read other reviews about the bad pharmacy service. I am chiming in just to talk about the rest of the store - it's usually kind of a mess, understocked, and haphazard. I bought some bread here once that was covered with black mold and they didn't really seem to care. Hard to believe this is part of a national chain -- it always feels to me like a store that is going out of business.

Said they had the RX, so I sent the presecription there. Hours later, they said they didn't have it and it was "on order" instead. Not dependable.

The pharmacy is a hot mess. If you need a medication with urgency, don't go here. Again, find another pharmacy. My child needed same day antibiotics and we couldn't get it on time. Waste of time.

Our prescription is ready, but there is no drive through, the pharmacy was randomly closed all day yesterday. I will be there 15 minutes early to get in line and hope it opens today. Feel sorry for very ill people who think this Walgreen's location can properly meet their needs.

I would give a zero If I could. This pharmacy is a mess. The lines are always 30+ long, the prescriptions are never filled. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone. Waited on hold for 45 minutes before in a queue and never did reach a human. They are clearly understaffed and do not have a competent group working here. Over the last several years it has gone from bad to worse. Stay away from Walgreens Mercer Island.

The pharmacy located in this Walgreens is horrifically slow. The constant reminders and calls are nothing but a waste of our time since the prescription is never made or ready for delivery. I've stood in line for almost an hour just for them to tell me my prescription wasn't ready. I'm more concerned about the elders who don't have the health or energy to be standing this long when they have bigger issues and pain all over their body. Making us all stand for no result is unnecessary and a nuisance to everyone. The least you can do is open the drive thru again for everyone's convenience.

Arrived for Covid vaccine appointment time early to find I need to wait in what appears to be a 45 minute line with 3 kids under 8 years old. The whole process is highly disorganized. Highly recommend going somewhere else for it.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! I've had issues with getting prescriptions filled here since before Covid. I had to go back 5 times in the last 2 days for a prescription! The employee said that they are over 800 prescriptions behind, are 2 employees short, and they are open less hours. I was told they were short 2 employees over 3 yrs ago! I don't believe the corporate office cares at all! Pay the pharmacy techs a good wage and you'll get employees! The Covid excuse is getting old, especially since they were short prior to Covid. There was a line going down one of the aisles before they opened. You have customers that want to buy you product so who in their right mind shortens the hours?!?!

Clueless idiots running the pharmacy. I have NEVER ONCE had a prescription ready even though the automated system texted me it was ready. Every time it's "oh can you come back in an hour?". Disgusting customer service. They should just close this location. One star because it won't let me post zero.

Every time I go here to get a prescription filled, they always act clueless. I stopped going here because they overcharged me multiple times, cannot get the prescription info correct, and the lines are always very slow. I really have serious doubts about the knowledge of the staff here. Rite aid pharmacy is so much better. I don't recommend this Walgreens at all.

Literally all i wanted to know was if they had a take home covid test, and the stupid answering machine didn't connect me to anyone and said I could find everything i need to know on the mobile app... which isnt even always correct! Lazy lazy lazy

There's a hero who work at this Walgreens, and he is in the photo department! Sir, I can't remember your name, but when we needed late night last minute photos for passports taken, we called and Walgreens answered on a random Tuesday evening! Upon arrival, the photo backdrop was ready and not even 12 minutes later we walked out with printed passport ready photos when we'd arrived 15 minutes before the store closed, you made our night and our trip! Thank you, Walgreens. You get my gold star!

1 hour 15 minutes on hold today and then Walgreens disconnected my call. Last month, my doctor said she sent my prescription in, but Walgreens said they didn't get it, so she sent again, but rays of delays. This month, I ordered the prescription on Saturday and Walgreens said they sent it to my doctor that day, but my doctor said she didn't get it. She sent it In On Wednesday, and Thursday it is still not ready. Also not meeting times they say it will be ready. It really has gotten so much worse in the last 6-8 months.

Walgreens denies COVID testing unless you are in a car. This flagrantly discriminates against the many disabled, low-income, essential workers, and others who must use public transportation or walk. Also, the so-called corporate headquarters immediately disconnects you if you call from a cell phone (I tried two different numbers, both of which make long distance calls). Outrageous.
