After getting a flat tire on the highway, I called this location to see if they could see us to repair the tire. The person who answered the phone seemed eager to help. When we arrived everyone was kind and did everything they could to get us back on the road. If we lived in this area, we would definitely return to give them our business!

Had very worn tires, went in for a quote for a set. Elias from the shop was helpful, he made sure to get the tires in by the next day. New tires were installed the next morning, had a pleasant experience. Don’t hesitate to call these guys, they know what they are doing.

We had a leaky tire road emergency on our trip home from Spokane to TriCities after driving over a black strap with silver hooks on highway. We called the closest auto sevice station, Commercial Tire and drove straight there. They got us right in, sealed the tire air leak, very affordable , and got us safely on the way back home. Thanks Elias and mechanic for fast, good friendly service. 5 stars

Outstanding customer service and collaboration between stores. Tyler in Basin communicated with a few stores including Martin and Billy at the Othello to handle getting some tires to a location. When you have people who have no stake in it other than the benefit of the company and the customers, its a win win. Couldn't be happier with their customer service.
