Communication - I have been calling Banfield Mill Creek for 3 months trying to get my dog Neutered as it is part of my plan. Left many voice messages. Today they called asking if I want to come in for a comp exam. I said no that we already have an appointment with the Lynnwood Banfield as he is actually sick. I still do not have a neutering appointment but I will not be going back to Mill Creek. If someone leaves you a voice mail, call them back. I have left multiple from May - Now. Other then the no communication from Mill Creek - We do love Banfield service.

Worst experience with taking pets. Last 2 appointments couldn't get a urine sample and failed to trim nails. Pet care plan is a joke. You're stuck for 12 months, don't buy it, don't go there.

Dr. Harris and her team treat my pets like family. They’re very communicative and helpful. They take their time and make sure all your questions are answered.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.
Anything they could have messed up, they have. Wrong prescriptions, cancelling the spay appointment at the last minute and not giving a date within a month, prescribing expensive corporate brand kibble (with terrible ingredients) unnecessarily.
And to top it off, the vet is appalling bad with pets. Can’t read basic animal body language. What vet can’t do that?!
They’re here to collect your money on upsells, misdiagnose, and bank on you trusting their “expertise”.

Mill Creek Banfield is my go-to for keeping my dogs healthy. The staff is always friendly and the veterinarians are great.

Always love coming here!! They are more than thorough with your pets. I came in for one issue which was addressed and then the vet did a full exam. This has happened more than once when I have come in. It’s not a rush through process like I’ve experienced before elsewhere. They really care there ??

Take my dog for about 5 years. The only th8ng I didn't like was when they charge me $35 extra to get her nails done because they use an extra person for about 5min or less..
