I went to get change at this branch and left my bank of America debit card on the counter. I came back within ten minutes and they shredded my card. I was in shock due to how important it was I had my card these next few days. Before I could say a word they all were smiling and laughing and I was told I had to go online and report my card as damaged in order to get a new one. I didn't say a word. I wasn't offered anything else. I was in such shock due to what predicament their decision to shred a card rather than hold it for a few minutes had put me in, I was at a loss for words. I don't typically ask for sympathy but this ruined ceremonies and plans for that day due to a poor management decision. I understand mistakes but for all the employees to laugh in my face at my pain. All I could do was leave and all I can say is wow.

A banker trainee Deidre claimed he had a 900am client. He told me and another bank customer to come back in the afternoon. We waited in the lobby for the long line to be serviced. Everyone was busy except for this guy. He had issues helping the lady before me endorsing tasks to the customer instead of assisting. Rudest trainee ever. I would flunk this idiot who gets paid with customer deposits like mine. Avoid this branch! Awful!!!!!

If your a drive through banker this branch is not for you! It closed its drive up now anyone with small kids, pets etc. need to come in the branch if you need to cash a check. Or they want you to use the ATM which is not for everyone. The customer service tellers are salty. And are saying upper mgmt. has them fully staffed. With two tellers in the lobby. So if one is helping a merchant customer you get to wait for the single one teller that if not also helping a customer with a long transaction you get to wait. I waited for 15 minutes with a line of 8 waiting as the one teller had a personal conversation after helping her customer. I emailed the customer service email with my concerns over a week ago and no response!

I went into the bank on 4/26/2019 to cash. As I was approaching the line a black lady was infront of me waiting. As I looked up at her she was just staring me down like I was a piece of garbage. I found out she worked there and in my opinion she is a racist piece of garbage for staring me down like I was nothing and that I shouldn't be there. I have never had a problem there but she shouldn't be staring down white people with a disgusting look just because she doesn't like them. The good thing is that i can take my business else where and i dont ever have to see that racist black lady again but I am transferring banks just because of that whatever you want to call her.

Terrible service experience on 12/15/18. Elderly lady was trying to deposit money into her account. Unable to read or write the teller was extremely rude. Will be moving all accounts out.

These people act like they've never had a walk in before... I asked Tammy multiple times to check me in and she kept telling me to go to a different bank or comeback later...

This bank has two ATMs, one drive up and one walk up.

This branch is horrible. It is always a probelm to cash checks here written by other people. I went to make a deposit with cash back ,with all my ID in our joint account , but my husband had made out the slip and signed it ,so they would not give me cash back . As a BofA customer for more years than I care to think plus a huge saving account with them you would think they would have give me the measley 100$ I wanted . This is not the first we have had trouble with this branch ,they are rude and not helpful at all. Guess its time to close out and move it to BECU...

I recommend using a different branch. I wouldn't say this branch is terrible, but it's never been great. The employees and atmosphere always seems tense, and the building is old. I just recently went to deposit cash into the drive through ATM, and that machine ate my cash and spit out an error, along with a receipt only accounting for part of my deposit. I realize this is an infrastructure problem. However, it needs to be noted. Because a simple cash deposit, turned into over night worries, and 20 minutes on the phone waiting to connect to the dispute/resolution call center. The branch doesn't handle these type of problems apparently. That's strange. Avoid the drive through ATM at this location until you know it's been fixed. Or better yet, head up 164th toward the highway and use the newer branch up by Martha lake and Walfart. Peace out!!

One thing I do not understand about Bank of America is their lobby greeters. When they have long lines what is the point of having someone get paid (in this case two) walk up and down the line saying it wont be that much longer. What can I help you with, oh you need to do a transcation, you have to wait in line for that... DUH!!! Do you think I just decided to stand in a line at a bank for the fun of it? Wouldnt it be a better decision to have one of these (if not both) actually open up another teller line and assist guests? I get that it can be very busy on a Saturday before closing, but guess what you knew this when you decided to open the branch, why not staff it? The teller was nice though and although pointless, the lobby greeters were friendly... Its things like this that make me really wonder why corporate offices do not get that people are leaving Bank of America.

This is my neighborhood bank. The parking lot is a one way loop and there's just enough spots that you can always find parking, even during busy times. I used to go in more often but now I only use the ATM outside. But if you do go in, the folks are friendly in there. In a small town Mill Creek kinda way. There are employees that speak Spanish and Asian languages. They also always have little buckets of candy or lollipops for the kids (or the kids at heart). Drive-thru service is behind the bank and seems to be pretty efficient though I've only used it once. That about sums it up.

What's not to like about any individual bank? Yeah, it's time to switch to a credit union, but I haven't gotten around to switching my online bill pay accounts to my BECU account yet. I only have checking and savings here--mortgage and car loans have never priced out the way I wanted. The envelope-less deposit ATMs are pretty cool, even if they are a security measure rather than a convenience feature.
