I really don't know what wrong with this credit union or every Becu in Washington state in general. It's sort of pain me to say this because the people who I have met so far is very nice but the lack of communication for this bank is awful. This is the branch where I got my card from. Whoever is in charge of debit and credit security didn't give me a call but any transaction if they find it suspicious or not, they just make a assumption it may be suspicious without calling me. This is like the 5th time they cancel my card. Poor communication, if security team find something weird at least give the owner of the card a call. Unbelievable.

Have been a member of this bank for many years.Always have excellent customer service.Shout out to Nick he was attentive,knowledgeable and portrayed excellent customer service that made me feel comfortable. Keep up the good job

Needs additional staffing. I waited for an item to be notarized for over 45 minutes. There are times when you cannot schedule an appointment in advance. The staff is unprofessional and slow. I highly recommend going to a different branch.

took me 1 hour for an agent to get to me and check my transactions. feels like going to a bank version of the dmv.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I am a loyal BECU member and have had my account for almost TEN YEARS. I usually go to the main branch in Everett and everyone is very kind. I was in Mill Creek today and decided to go into this branch. I was not greeted and when I said I was going to deposit cash, an older brunette lady with glasses started to question me and watch me for my ENTIRE transaction. I felt disrespected and profiled. I did not get her name, but I believe she is a manager. I will NOT be returning to this branch. I do not recommend this branch, unless you want to get profiled, questioned, and watched.

we want to deposit cash to ATM and asking Manager questions, i believe her name is Suzie. she looks at us so weird, and then walk away. I never met any manager with that look to the customer like her. We will never come back to that location

I worked with Sergio to get a personal loan. My experience was pleasant and fast. I really appreciated his calm and friendly demeanor and that he took the time to explain everything to me. Make sure you make an appointment! Saturdays get busy.

Had no wait when I went in at 2pm (google says it's the busiest time)Location was well staffed clean and i was greeted at the door. Its located next to the grocery store so you can knock out two errands in a quick trip.

This is my first review ever and it is necessary because my experience was so wonderful that the lovely woman who helped me must be acknowledged and appreciated for her exceptional assistance. I was helped today by Mickaela B. She was patient and kind and answered all of my questions in good humor regardless of how silly they may have appeared to others. I did not understand the process well but she guided me through it with grace and compassion. I am very grateful to have been assisted by her today and anyone so lucky as to be helped by her as well will understand what I mean! Thank you very much!
