I recently had a positive experience at Chase Bank. The employees are always friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The drive-up service was convenient, saving me time during my visit. Overall, it is a reliable banking option with great staff and efficient drive-up facilities.

The staff of this bank have a very bad attitude and are not polite at all. I didn't know that the score of this bank is so low. There seem to be many reasons, but this attitude is speechless and I will never go again

I needed to get some documents notarized. I scheduled a generic appointment online. I got a call from the bank that they don’t have notary available on that day and helped me reschedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we were greeted by Rashmi who was cheerful. Bobby also came and greeted us and made sure we were being helped. Finally Lucy helped notarize 6 documents without breaking a sweat. I am so pleased with their customer service.

I had an excellent xperience here at this chase bank. A associate at the bank by the name of Dallas helped verify some stuff for me and was a huge stress reliever and took only moments of my time to finish a personal process. Definitely recommend this chase bank on 164th next to firestone.

The interest rates they pay on savings accounts is VERY low. Moving my accounts elsewhere.

We tried to move a savings account to a CD. The Private Banker person hearing that we only had $40k to move over , advised that he usually handles high wealth accounts, $300k plus. We therefore had to make an appointment. Three tries, he’s too busy. Maybe 10 days out. We have 4 Chase accounts for over 6 years. We were treated like a vagrant that just walked off the street. Worse treatment we’ve ever had with a bank, although the tellers are super pleasant. We are looking to move our business elsewhere.

Very frustrating. But based on reviews here it’s clear I’m not the only one. Been long time chase customers. Had an issue and went into branch all to be told “nothing we can do”. Definitely will stick with our bank across the street for majority of our banking.

Bobby from Chase Bank here in Mill creek is very rude and a disgrace to the chase banking community.he doesn't even the basic courtesy to let the customer finish his/her statement on the phone lineI would stay away from this person if going in person to the bank

I am so sad to share this experience as I look for banking options elsewhere. I tried to purchase a used car and while paying chase would not release the funds even though their customer service acknowledges seeing them. Instead, I was sent to an outsourced fraud protection who said it would be 24-48 hrs to review and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. Good0Bye Chase.

This branch has been one of my worst experiences with Chase. Went in to notarize a document and the person was rude and most shockingly, gave wrong advice: she asked us to change our signature to have the full name on the document. No, not print the full name but actually change our signature. She quoted Washington law for notaries that require the signature to include the full name, which on a quick Google search, was clear that she was wrong.I thought I would leave it there, but the second experience made it even worse. I had booked an appointment and the staff said that they would call me back as they couldn't accommodate that particular slot. I sent them a mail reminding them that I was waiting for their call, and yet 2 days passed without any call or reply to my mail.How do I escalate this matter to the region manager. Clearly this branch is not being run well.

Bobby Elijah their Assistant Vice President is amazing. Went wayyyy above and beyond for myself and my wife. Taught us all about consolidation of credit, investment strategy and credit use strategies. Overall blown away by the level of service. Ignore the negative reviews, I usually base my business on reviews, this is an outlier in that regard.

I was insulted when I walked in to ask about their car loan rates. Ive banked with them for 10+ years and just wanted to have a quick chat and get their opinions. They asked me why I was there and that this could have been easily done online without their help. Manager lady (I think) came over and said something kinda nasty too like I looked ‘too young’ to be buying a new car.Horrible customer service and am going to take my banking elsewhere.
