Slowest, rudest cashier ever. Got in line with a few items and half way through the scan I realized I left my wallet in my car, honest mistake. I also just so happened to parked directly in front of the store so my jet to the car took all of 26 secs. However, the cashier older white lady that looks like she smokes a pack of Marlboro reds everyday started yelling and complaining even said thanks a lot. I offered to go to the end of the line but the other customers behind me said it’s ok go ahead. However, this didn’t stop her rant smh. She was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional that another customer who was in line and observed her behavior followed me to my car to apologize on her behalf and to reassure me that I didn’t inconvenience anyone. Funny thing is she’s so slow and ranted so hard she was still ringing my items when I returned to pay lol. She’s definitely not a representation of this store nor Mill Creek as 99.9% of the people are respectful and friendly. This lady definitely should transfer to south Seattle with that level of rudeness and unprofessional demeanor..

SLOWEST cashier ever. I had to bag my own things. Longest line before they called before backup. No cart return. AND the carts have a pole that goes so high I hit it n something in the store and it DOESNT go outside. I will go to other dollar trees from now on

Nice place for inexpensive items. This site does not have frozen food but otherwise comparable to other stores in the chain.

Usually when I go to a dollar tree, there is nothing good there and the place is disorganized. Not for this dollar tree. Everything is organized and there is a lot of good stuff there. I would give it 5 stars, but they don’t have fridges of popsicles and ice cream and other things. So, 4 stars it is.

Very Rude, no customer service! Reading other posts I am not alone. Kaylie yelled at me while she has a line I was looking at the balloons and it looked faded so I needed to see if it’s the color I need. I just slightly peeked through the drawer and she yelled don’t touch that! Why not say it nicely! I wasn’t even touching it. At the end she was the cashier that helped me and another rude service there… I don’t even go here I hardly shop dollar stores I just happen to see someone going out with a balloon so I thought to check because we had an event at my sons school today. I told her she made my day and she bluntly responded Good! What type of person do you guys hire? and obviously is still there! No one would hire this type at any other place! I’ll never go back! Keep her on this side of town!

The store is clean and neatly organized. That's a far cry from some Dollar Tree stores. On a recent visit, I brought my own bag, as we have now been trained to do. I placed it on the conveyor belt and place my items for purchase behind it. The checker ask me if I wanted a bag. I responded that I had a bag and pointed to it on the conveyor belt. She asked me to get it which I found odd. I placed it on the opposite side where my merchandise was being placed. She would not place my merchandise in the bag. When I ask why, she stated that they are not required to handle customer bags. How completely asinine is that! She handled every one of the items that I purchased and the basket that they were in, but wouldn't handle my bag? She did not have on gloves or a mask so I assume that she's not a germaphobe. Some sort of control trip I guess?

Worst customer experience. Been going to this store for years but never have experience such rude service. There was no one in the line behind me and I asked for a second to decide on balloons but instead of “no worries “, “how can I help “ the employee was just rude and impatient.

The worst customer service ever. I came in to buy some birthday supplies and from the get go the cashier(Kayla), was rude in her way of speaking. She was demanding in the way we put items on her counter when we were doing nothing out of the ordinary. My wife forgot to grab some last minute things and came back in time before the cashier was done scanning the original items. She then told us we need to go back to the end of the line for the extra items. She kept insisting as we pleaded that it was just a couple of items that we needed to go to the back of the line again; so I asked to speak with her manager. The manager came over yelling at us that we indeed needed to go to the end of the line. I told her that there was no need to be yelling and that we just wanted to add the last two items my wife went to grab. After that the manager kept yelling at us in front of everyone saying that she’s been a manager for years. I’ve never met a manager that enables their employees to casually disrespect and embarrass their customers. Not only that but instead of finding a solution or common ground, the manager became more of the problem than the solution.Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this store. It is poorly managed and clearly enables disrespectful behavior towards its customers.

Would give zero stars if possible. They have a great selection but the cashier was extremely rude with every question we asked her. She didn’t even properly bag everything. Also the employees on the sales floor stocking the shelves were doing nothing but complaining about working there too.
