Good people are very friendly not rude willing to do things right not bringing in the homeless and drugs like fentanyl and blue's and others and their services for families are good for the safety of their people and willing to help those who can live in the environment with out risks of others safety the other place where me and my other half mean girlfriend had let them know about situations and I felt like they didn't care about others and most likely some of the residents who live in the place where I was told me I'm getting ur name and writing u up in the report and by law u don't have any authority to do so that is by law confrontation with a resident so they can not do that it is against ada meaning by law people who disgrace people who have disabilities and slightly disorders by law people who do that they can not judge someone else's life when honestly they can admit their own personal life by what they done so before u judge someone else's life clearly doesn't mean ur life isn't any better than mine.

The apartments are only three years old, and already have a bedbug infestation. The management will lie to your face about it. We had to move out.

When I went to apply, some of the staff members very inappropriately touched my children. When I immediately called them on it, they just laughed and walked away. I won't be living here.

Terrell took the time to show me how to take care of the problem so I could take care of the problem when and if it occurs again .

I would have given 5 stars, but the apartment was very cold, not well insulated, cold air come through every outlet. The hot water is luke warm. The biggest Problem was the unfairness of how the rent increase go up double for the people on Section 8 than the people who are not. You get a rent increse every 6 months, that's supposed to be a low income property, yeah when you first move in. I would not recommend this property. The area is nice and quiet. Beware some knuckleheads, like to pull the fire alarm in the middle of the night, That really suck. Oh yeah, cold air come in from under the window seal. That was my experience living in apartment F-542. I heard the hot water is not an issue. in the E, and D,, building.

I had planned on stopping by for a tour and possibly rent a 3 bedroom because the photos on your website were great and the price is amazing but after reading the reviews and seeing their photos I must stay clear. That's too bad.....

So far, I am really happy with my choice to move here. I had issues during the application process with my unit # being changed without my approval, but Melissa was really wonderful in helping me get into a unit that makes me happy. The staff are super busy and have a lot to juggle, so I have done my best to be very patient with them. My unit is so spacious and I love having a washer and dryer in unit. Though it's not yet set up, there is a huge bank of Amazon lockers in the mail room that will make it super secure to receive packages!Edit after moving out: over all, I had a positive experience living here, solely because I had a nice apartment with a good view. There is NO overnight guest parking - none. Guests can park in the public parking lot that surround the complex but you run the risk of being towed. As others have said, the trash disposal rooms are frequently broken and people have no choice but to pile up bags of garbage (I once had to CLIMB over a pile of trash and cardboard to get to the trash chute). This entire complex feels like it was designed by someone who has no experience actually managing apartments; features that are nice in theory but totally impractical in reality. I think there are some great amenities nearby, and Mill Creek is really nice, so it’s really just a matter of balancing what you care most about in a place to live when deciding if this is right for you.

I have lived here for 1 year and a half. My rent has raised by $525 in the year following my 6 month lease. $525 in one year!!! This is supposed To be for low income residents and my rent has raised FAR MORE than any traditional apartment. They literally sign you for only 6 months so that they can raise the rent every two months after your lease ends. I have never encountered anything like it!!! I have been told by management that there is no limit to how often they can raise the rent so too bad for us I guess.

I lived at Farm by Vintage for 1 year from 2021-2022. During this time there were multiple instances where the management asked me re-submit documentation even though I previously sent the documentation via email. They also asked for documentation that didn't need to be included and almost cost us even getting our application accepted on time for our scheduled move in date. If it weren't for Diane (the only competent worker there and worked there for less than 3 months because she saw how horrible the management was) we wouldn't have been accepted and she advocated for us. They also increased their prices of rent, which I found to be ridiculous considering that this is supposedly "low-income housing." Lastly, I found it irresponsible of them to disregard my complaint and concern about drug use in the apartments. Everyday while in the parking structure, we would see squatters doing drugs. I even found a used needle in the common areas more than once and addressed it to management and they swept it under the rug and told me that their cleaners hadn't come out yet to clean.... I don't care about the cleaners, I care that there is illegal drug use going on and used needles are out in common walking areas! Imagine if my child picked that up or someone else! Management lied and said they would get security, but I never once saw this so called security the entirety of living there. The apartment itself isn't too bad, however, the management is horrible. Based off that, do NOT live here. It is not worth the energy and time you put in for application and the lack of care management provides for their residents.

The people that work in the main office are rude and do no care to help you at all, when you have a complain they totally ignore it, this place is so insecure and dirty that I wouldn't recommend living in here.

I’m so grateful to the management of the Farm by Vintage for their help with applicants. Especially, recognition deserves Joanne! She is so caring and outstanding professional! I’m working most of with the slavic diaspora who needs interpreter for their application process to find their new home in USA, and Joanne did a major help and positive impact to the refugees who came from Ukraine as well as made my negotiation work less stressful and easier. Thank you so much for your valued work and your priceless service! We appreciate five-star management of the Farm by Vintage! Don’t be discouraged to do a great thing that make a difference in many lives!

Both Trevor and Josh were very nice and helpful in completing my work order for the carpet stretching. Trevor, FPI Maintenance, called me and let me know when they were going to to the job and followed up to make sure it was done.Josh was the contractor who did the carpet and was an extremely nice young man. Very respectful and did a great job!Thank you both!
