PLEASE ASK FOR A RECEIPT !!!I went to drop off my curved monitor return, the lady at front desk asked me to leave it on a table. I came back home and wondered if it gets misplaced, there is no record for me to prove that I did drop it. So, I read through the previous reviews, and my suspicion turned into concern, where folks lost their items and since they had no receipt, they had to eat up the package loss. Since my item being an expensive one too, I head back to the store and requested a drop-off receipt. This triggered off the front desk lady, and she started babbling "customers do not trust them", "they are doing service to customers by allowing them to use their space", "they get no money from this service" etc. and asked me to write down my personal+FedEx tracking details and sign it off. She handed me back my package and took my photo with it as a proof.She can do all of this, but not sure why she would not give me the drop off receipt and keep it simple for both party. Be alert.

They want to take the parcels and wouldn't give receipts! Asked me to take away the parcel if i don't trust them. So i did. This is a fedex ship center inside the postnet at MillCreek. FedEx please consider enforcing receipts at your ship centers.

Not at all authorised shipping centre they lost my package and they don't even carry scanner to scan QR code and did not give me any proof of drop off my package

Don't trust them to ship your packages. We dropped off over $200 in items to be returned and they said they will take care of it and to leave on the counter. My fault for not forcing her to give me a receipt, but the items were not returned and we are out over $200. We gave them over a month to ship and still have not. They probably kept the items themselves. No one has offered to compensate us for the loss in anyway. Very unprofessional business
