I brought my daughter in because she had there flat tires. Michelle took extra time to determine when the tires were purchased to check their warranty status. Even though they were fully booked she did her best to get the car looked at and repaired quickly! She called with status updates and honest advice

Firestone Complete Auto Care's failure to provide a written estimate prior to performing the repair service constitutes unfair and deceptive business practices. Consumers have a right to be informed about the potential costs before authorizing repairs. I experienced a significant discrepancy between the verbal quote and final bill which demonstrates a lack of transparency and potentially violates Washington Consumer Protection Act (WCPA) regulations. I have reached out to the Attorney General.
Auto repair facilities in Washington must follow the Auto Repair Act (ARA), RCW46.71. Provide a written estimate if over $100. Firestone did not provide a written estimate in relation to a face to face estimate involving a transaction over $100.

I’ve never had a car service this slow with such poor communication. Jack the Manager is very unprofessional and terrible with communication.
Came to swap up the brakes on Friday morning 8am had an appointment. I have a warranty on my car I let them know that. All they had to do was reach out and collect the money from my warranty company. I called Friday around 5 but no answer. I Uber all the way to the shop just for them to tell me the parts didn’t come in on time which okay that happens. At this point Jack still did not reach out to my warranty company. Jack said my car would be done Saturday at 4. My Warranty company was open 9:00am-12:00pm and jack decided not to call them. I call him at 4:40 because jack never communion without me calling the shop first and asked if my car was done. Jack let me know it was finished but I can’t pick it up due to him not contacting my warranty company for the money. Now I have to go all weekend without my car. Terrible service and management by Jack. I will not becoming back and also I hope this creates awareness before others decide to take there car there because I will never take my car there again.

I’ve never had a car service this slow with such poor communication.
Came to swap up the brakes, was asked on the phone if I’d stay in the shop. I figured it wouldn’t be more than 1.5-2 hours of work given I made an appointment. I said I’ll wait at the shop.
When I arrived, I discovered that their lobby is undergoing a reconstruction, so they offered to literally sit at one of the bays, out in the air.
I had to camp out at a nearby Starbucks. Called them 3 hours into the work, asked what’s the ETA, was told 45-60 more minutes.
It’s been 4 hours since I arrived this morning, when I walked back to the shop to pick up the car. The work is still ongoing…

Don’t bother making an appointment, they’ll make you wait around at least 45 minutes to an hour after that time before they start anything. Waste of time.

Took two rims and tires in to be mounted and balanced. I specifically told them one had a bad valve stem, and asked the tech directly to be careful with wheels and not to scratch them because they were just buffed.
Well I picked the wheels up and they were scratched right on the faces and they lied to my face about replacing the valve stem, and I had to come back to get them to replace the valve stem where the wheel face got scratched even more.
Absolutely ridiculous, I will never use them again. The total cost for this "service" if you can even call it that was $67. In no way shape or form should a shop operate like this.
If I could give zero stars I would

A little background: I came here for an alignment, and that's it. During it's regular maintenance my regular shop noticed that I had some uneven tire-wear, and recommended an alignment, but couldn't complete it that day, so I decided to schedule a separate appointment with an alignment specialist.
When I arrived, the underwriter informed me that they would perform a complimentary inspection along with the alignment.
The "complimentary inspection" only included things I was already aware of, because it was all recommendations based on the mileage/age of the vehicle instead of actually inspecting anything. I informed you upon arrival that the inspection was entirely unnecessary since I just had it serviced elsewhere, and just needed the alignment. They proceeded to ignore me and do it anyway. The "inspection report", if you can even call it that, was completely redundant to the service my regular shop had just done, and yet they tried to push it like they had actually performed a service. Things like spark plugs and air filters, which had just been done by my regular shop.
I would not recommend Firestone to anyone who didn't already know what they need, and even then, the only thing I would tell them to go to firestone for is an alignment, which is what I needed during my visit.

Took appointment and came on time . Later had to wait almost 4 hours and didn't even update me how long would it take. Finally had to leave without getting any work done. Absolutely disappointing. It was a complete waste of time. Anyone going here make sure they tell you how long would it take to do your service. If they had told me beforehand it would take 4 hours I wouldn't have bothered to come even. What was the whole point of taking an appointment ????? I would love to speak to this locations service manager in detail and they should be providing me a free service for coming here next time

Work was done under my wife’s name, Darby.
Well, when it finally got done. If you make an appointment, be warned, most of the “‘mechanics” stand around while car sit for hours after their appointment time.
We are working people, and the weekends are the only thing we have. These people had zero consideration and equal communication while they let our car set there for 2 hours before being touched.
Then, it set for another hour after they concluded they didn’t have the skill to fix the tire, before we had to go back in a 3rd time to ask what in the world was going on.
Finally they make some excuses and tell how now two guys would be on it, and it will only be one more hour…4.5 hours for 4 tires.
This is the last place you want to spend your time and money. So disrespectful.

I’ve used these folks three times to swap summer / winter tires. I live close by, always make an early appointment, drop my truck first thing in the morning, get a promise time of noon, and make plans to pick up in the afternoon. Twice I called after 4pm to find it wouldn’t be ready until 6pm and once they couldn’t finish until the next day. I guess if you’re not in the waiting room, they won’t work on your car. Three strikes, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
