The bathroom was disgusting, I bet it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, when I mentioned it to the employee he ignored me. They offer no Coffee or anything to customers and the general attitude of the employee's seems to me that they dont like their jobs. They would not be known for friendliness

Pathetic service, Booked an appointment before visit and waited half a day to run diagnostic and cost estimates. Person attended my call handover shift to other guy, they asked me to wait till that guy show up next day. Unprofessional, you cannot expect call back or on time service. Better try some other places.

Reading through the other reviews is entertaining, to say the least. Wait times here can be a bit long, especially in the evenings, but this is a full service shop. If you want a quick oil change, go down the street to Jiffy Lube. And yes, tires are expensive, but it's also based on the vehicle YOU decided to purchase. And you have to communicate with the person behind the desk and get specific, its your car, they dont know why it makes a ping noise when you turn left at 30 miles an hour unless you specify that when bringing your vehicle in. And if you have an issue or something happened the staff here are more than willing to help you out the best they can.

Horrible service. Scheduled me at the wrong time. Didn’t pump air into my tires and didn’t change the settings in my car. Left grange in my car. Do not recommend, avoid this place by any means.

They were very helpful. My cars wiper broke and was stuck. But they fixed it for free and we are very grateful for that. Highly recommend

Took an hour and 15 minutes to even tell me I need my lug nut lock to fix a flat, but can tell me I need oil, and my tires amount of wear. What a waste of time the appointment was only for a flat fix.

My experience with the Millcreek Firestone branch left me with mixed feelings. Initially, making the appointment over the phone seemed efficient, but a misunderstanding regarding the necessity of my car arose during the conversation. Fortunately, the staff at the branch promptly addressed the issue and sorted out the confusion, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.One noteworthy aspect was the affordability, as the final price for the service was perfectly reasonable. However, the waiting lounge proved to be inadequate for the number of customers waiting, lacking comfort and amenities. This compelled me to seek an alternative space and wait at a nearby coffee shop, which was less than ideal.Despite the inconvenience of finding an external waiting area, I appreciated the staff's effort to resolve the initial miscommunication. While the affordability of the service was a positive aspect, improvements to the waiting lounge's comfort and capacity would significantly enhance the overall customer experience at the Millcreek Firestone branch.See you next time. :)

FIRESTONE REVIEWS; skeptic of work to be done at Mill Creek location but that turned around.I called them and told the Asst. Mngr about my skepticism and apprehension about their work. He ensured me he will take care of me and pay attention. I explained I just needed an alignment and have done work elsewhere to maintain my vehicle's suspension and ride with some knowledge of the work. Kevin said to give them a chance. I did. I rescheduled for a later appt.The process was professional. Lesson learned maybe: I think a call may be prudent for consumers who want good service and tell them your expectations/ concerns about their negative complaints.Again, give them a call. Expect them to be professional. Communicate your concerns, provide some detail and I think they will be accountable of services they provide.

Regretful and disappointed service I'm the owner of tour company and I know what's the customer service. Firestone’s customer service was a major letdown. Despite visiting the store for a tire replacement, I was met with staff who were unprofessional and disrespectful. To add insult to injury, they asked me to pay double the price for the same service. It was clear that their only interest was in making money, not helping customers. I would strongly advise against visiting this tire shop.”

Fairly priced friendly service. Bonus is seeing some classic vw models. Also had a detailer clean my really old headlights to brand new clearness.

Bought 4 new tires and a week later had to have the front driver side replaced because of a nail in the sidewall. I think that just because it is in the sidewall it should still be covered under warranty. You have to pay a prorated amount of 30.00. It is better than having to buy a new tire on sale at 139.99 plus tax.

Outside of scheduling (do not recommend making an appointment online), what I witnessed waiting 3 hours for my oil change (originally quoted 1 hour - 1 hour 15 min) was probably worse. heard the desk talking about how they needed to change process because people were bringing their oil changes back because they were incomplete and not done right (should have realized that) and those who did bring their car back were waiting for an unquoted amount of time and having to leave without getting the issue fixed. the wrong oil filter was initially put into my car which resulted in half the wait time, and then they were trying to burn the remaining oil that was spilled which is "why my wait time was longer". two minutes up the street and my oil light comes on, saying it has been overfilled. never seen that before and when i called, they said "it will go off". still hasn't (3 days later), and when i called to ask when i could come in, they said "whenever, but probably sooner than later because we get busy". which would be fine if i needed air in my tire; not for them to fix a problem they created.Service: Oil change

I do not recommend to go here. I went to inspection. I had a problem on my car and they said if you change the something i will gonna solved. I said Ok they changed but there is still same problem nothing solved. After that they said u gotta change the alternator coz my car not starting. I agreed to change tomorrow, I got a call from mechanic says that they changed alternator, nothing solved again there is a problem. How will mechanic can’t solve the problem of the Honda. It is Honda not Audi.

Always grumpy service. I bought some tires from them online and when I went there they wanted to charge me an extra 30% and I had to argue to make them give me the price that was quoted on their web page. They gave me the price from their web page plus $5 and said they wouldn't be any warranty on the tires.
