It's been a while since my wife and I have experienced good customer service. But we both were blown away by MATT at GNC in Mill Creek! He was AMAZING! Not only was he knowledgeable about the products, he was also extremely helpful, kind and very easy to talk to when sharing our health goals. THANK YOU MATT for not only being an outstanding salesperson, but for being an awesome all around person as well!! You ROCK!!

Says you close at 8pm. Looks like your employees like to close early or change your hours. Misleading.

Inconsistent hours. Have come to this location multiple times during their posted open hours, and they have been closed. Adding an extra star because the staff is usually very friendly.

The employees at this branch (that I’ve met) are not very friendly and the hours are not consistent. I’ve tried to come by 2 Sundays in a row now and they been closed both times. The first time the lights were off and no one was inside, it was in the morning sometime around 11am. The second time it was 6:04pm, the lights were on, an employee was inside, but the doors were locked. The employee saw me and said they were closed, but their online hours say they’re open until 8pm.

I’ve tried to come to this location 5 separate times over the past few weeks. They are simply never open. I’ve seen some variation of this sign every time (except once) while showing up within business hours. The one time this wasn’t in the door? They just simply were closed despite the sign on the front door and online saying I was within business hours.I’m done trying. Will just make the trip to Alderwood or shop online.

The new store manager Jylian is so friendly and welcoming. I come in every week and she always recommends the best protein bars and drinks. Definitely will be going pro with her soon!

Just came back here for the first time in a while, Steven the salesman working was incredibly helpful and knew what he was doing. Incredible customer service and I will definitely be back.

Went to Mill Creek GNC this week for Vitamins, great sale BOGO 50% off. Also needed some pre-workout. Steven was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

Jylian the store manager is great and so knowledgeable ! Love this location she has changed this place. She is great give her a raise . She’s the best that’s happened to this store so clean !
