Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I see Dr. Kate and she is just fantastic, very easy to talk to and obviously very good at her profession . She takes time to listen to you and asks great questions. Im really happy to have found IRG mill creek.

I have gone to IRG several times for my physical therapy and each time was a positive experience. My therapist actually listened to my particular situation and was then able to suggest the best exercises for me. No pressure. Lots of support and kindness. Very professional too.

Absolutely fantastic. I would give 6 stars if I could. They helped me achieve near total relief from the back pain that's been bothering me since I was a kid. Their therapists are highly knowledgeable, intelligent, and genuinely focused on solving problems. I'm more grateful than I can even express. I've tried every other type of therapy I could find (with no improvement), but IRGs customized program is giving me real results.

I had surgery almost 6 months ago to replace my Achilles tendon. I was told that it would take 10-12 months for me to be able to have some returning function in my ankle. I worked with Mark and some other PTs, but mostly with Mark. I absolutely hated the pain and repetitiveness when I first started PT. But in the short amount of time, Mark has got me closer than my Dr expected! I have almost full function and I’m about 6 months ahead of estimated recovery time. I was really impressed with his knowledge and the way he would explain things. I’m always learning new things that I incorporate into my life and business.

IRG is a great place for physical therapy. I have been going to the Mill Creek one for past 6 weeks and have been working with PT Mike. Mike is very friendly, easy to talk to & very knowledgeable/experienced. Always feel like I got a good workout & progressing with improvement of my injury. Would highly recommend!!

I had an incredible experience with every provider I saw at this location - Justin, Lauren and Mark. I sustained a minor calf injury in the winter, and the team had me back to snowboarding before the season was over. Beyond that, the exercises and their insight has led me to make adjustments to my fitness routine that have made me stronger than before I started and less likely to reinjure myself in the future. I highly recommend IRG to anyone!

Both my daughter and I have had great experience at IRG Gateway. My daughter destroyed her ACL among other things in her knee and spent an enormous amount of time at IRG. I needed much less help but also found them to be professional, skilled, and not condescending toward an out of shape old guy like me. We recommend them every time!

I am using ITG for the first time and am very impressed. The receptipn staff is “on it”, the facility is clean, has all current equipment, and my technician was excellent, listening carefully about my issues before suggesting a course of action. It’s a great place.

I am treated at IRG after the shoulder arthroscopic surgery. I chose IRG because it is close to my home. They also take my insurance and were very flexible with getting the appointment. The subsequent appointments were set up in advance with the same therapist.I do like the IRG and my therapist Declan. He is very thorough, makes sure that I know how to do my exercise program, he listens to all my concerns and helps me to deal with them. I have had no problems adjusting the appointment if needed.I highly recommend IRG Gateway Clinic.
