Riley and his crew were great today! They were friendly and kind and answered all my questions. I HATE getting my oil changed and it was a great experience. I needed a new air filter for my car and Riley went to another store to go get it for me. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I asked a guy to check and fill my car's air pressure. Instead of filling it to the recommended 35 psi in each tire, he deflated the front tires to 28 psi each and put 33 psi in one rear tire. If he didn't want to fill the air, he should have just said no upfront. This was a waste of my time and his, providing zero service

Ian at the Mill Creek location Jiffy Lube is great. This shop unfortunately seems to have gone downhill since my last visit in 2023, but Ian’s technical knowledge and interpersonal skills stand out. He’s a definite asset for this shop.

Staff was very nice but service was as poor as I have seen with all the years I have been going to Jiffy Lube.. They seemed like they wanted me in and out as fast as possible. Never once have I had so little service. No filter check, no Light check, no feedback on any of my fluids so I am not sure if they were actually checked. Normally they talk to me about all conditions of my engine and not a word. Service was way down from what I am used to from this location jiffylube.. Maybe another location will take the time to check out my vehicle and take pride in the customer relationship...

They give me an estimate for a conventional oil change, a coupon for $16 and when I head to the location they say the do not offer the service at almost all locations. Such a waste of time and luring customers with false advertisements. The coupons are also shown as being accepted in the location where they say such service is available.
