I'm really impressed with the quality of the services of kiddie academy. My son is thriving since I decided to move him here.
The teachers are wonderful, the team always communicate with us.
The food is healthy and fresh, and my toddlers appetite increased a lot since joining kiddie academy.
And the live cameras system not only brings piece of mind for parents, but enable the grandparents to be part of his daily activities.
We really appreciate all the love and care that Kiddie academy provides to our little one.

They take care of kids well. They listen and engage with the kids. The curriculum is educational and my kid comes back learning about plants or animals or numbers and math. They homemake all the food in house and care about organic. I've heard stories of other kiddie academies not doing well but that has been absolutely not the case with this kiddie academy. This is great, I trust all the teachers and staff.

The teachers are warm and friendly. The head of the school is very understanding unlike
any other place. My kid loves to be dropped off to see his friends and wants to stay longer. With both of us working , we can’t ask for more. Even if there were late diaper changes or anything we just told one and it never happened again. They seem to care about the kids and every teacher knows every kids name.

Both my kids go to kiddie academy at this center. My 7 month old son started their infant class in Nov 2024 and my 3.5 year old son started here in Dec 2024. We cannot be more happy with the staffs, teachers and overall care taken for cleanliness, quality of food provided and activities to engage kids.
Both my kids have rarely fallen sick after going here. The Toddler enjoys his class and his amazing teachers - Ms Priya and Ms Vinitha. My infant is so loved and pampered by his teachers too - Ms Yun, Ms Elena and Ms Brianna. The best part is the center celebrated every festival, every season and we have regular and elaborate parent teacher meetings to discuss any feedbacks and concerns. We absolutely love this place and feel blessed to have got in here

We’ve been incredibly impressed with Kiddie Academy of Mill Creek. The teachers are caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for our child. The live camera feature provides peace of mind, allowing us to check in anytime. The facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend this daycare for any parent looking for a trustworthy, caring place for their child!

It's amazing how much Kiddie Academy-Mill Creek offers to its children and their families. We've been here for 3 years, and while the daycare was already one of our more favored upon our arrival, they have continually improved throughout this time. In fact, KA-Mill Creek's commitment to ongoing development is perhaps one of the daycare's greatest standout qualities. Another would be their genuine care and desire to support children through their early development.
The various classes' teachers all embed their unique personalities into how they care for the children (and the leadership team does a great job at overseeing personnel, partnering them to classes accordingly). Highlights include: warm greetings by name upon arrival; occasional mid-day courtesy notices (typically for notable but non-critical health communications), notes on bagged clothing returning home indicating water/food/other, and weekly class-specific newsletters with upcoming curriculum and reminders. There are even various holiday-related parties where parents are invited to join their children for the festivities...and every now and then, the awesome kitchen crew bake a delectable surprise for parents to take with them following drop-off.
All in all, if you feel like what you read and see is what you desire, there's no need to think twice. And once here, continue the dialogue about how things are going. A child's early years is a wondrous time, and we're glad Kiddie Academy-Mill Creek is a part of it for both our children!

My daughter has been attending KA for two years, and it has been a wonderful experience. We enrolled her at age two, and since it was our first time using daycare, I initially wished we had more guidance on what to expect, especially on her first day. However, any concerns we had were quickly addressed, and we were lucky to have such amazing teachers for her introduction to daycare. They were warm, caring, and always provided us with updates on her progress at the end of each day.
Overall, our experience at KA has been great. The facility is clean, the curriculum is great, and my daughter loves the healthy meals and snacks, especially the variety provided. The Director at KA is also outstanding—it's clear she genuinely cares about the well-being of every child. I truly value being able to have open, honest conversations with her. She strikes a perfect balance between supporting her staff and addressing parents’ concerns. Above all, it’s evident that the most important thing to her is ensuring each child's needs are met.
We are so happy we enrolled our daughter at KA.

From day one, the staff and director has been incredibly warm, caring, and attentive. They truly treat each child as their own, creating a safe and loving environment where kids can learn and grow. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging activities that help my kid reach his milestones. If parents are in need of a daycare/academy for their children, I highly recommend Kiddie Academy of MillCreek.

Kiddie academy of Mill creek has wonderful staff that make my child feel loved and cared for. Everyday it surprises me with the amount my child learns and the enthusiasm that is brought home to show off the skills she has developed. Having designated time for group/individually lead activities and free choice has helped keep my child excited about what she is learning and also giving her the ability to focus on the things that interests her most in those topics. As a parent I appreciate the structured routine and learning but that also allows free choice for my child to engage in socializing with friends.

My son has been with Kiddie Academy since he was a toddler, and we couldn’t be happier! The teachers are wonderful, the environment is safe and fun, and my child loves going every day. The management team is also, responsive, and dedicated to creating a positive experience for both children and parents. They ensure smooth operations, excellent communication, and a well-structured program, including nutritious meal planning. We enrolled our toddler at Kiddie Academy of Mill Creek a month ago, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to our child’s needs. The facility is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that promote both learning and fun.
One thing we especially love is that they provide fresh, nutritious meals each day! It’s such a relief to know that our child is getting healthy, balanced food while we’re at work. The teachers are always happy to provide updates on our toddler’s progress, and they’re always ready to answer any questions we have.
We’ve seen such positive changes in our child already—more social, more confident, and excited to go every day! The curriculum is structured but flexible, and we love that it includes a nice balance of educational content and play. We truly feel that our child is not only being cared for but also growing and thriving in such a nurturing environment.
We highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Mill Creek to any parent looking for quality daycare where their child will be loved, supported, and engaged!

I really like the curriculum provided, my child is learning a lot, and I have seen lots of improvements of her growth. There are lots of educational toys to keep children interested. Diapers are changed in a very frequent manner, which is also good. I also like the fresh prepared food. I love that teachers are patient and kind to children. I like that there are outside Playground and also the little space covered during rain weather. I like the incident report is very in time. Teachers are very knowledgeable and let us know when there’s first sign of sickness. I also absolutely love the live camera. We have been to three daycare so far and kiddie Academy I have no complains and it’s absolutely my recommendation to friends and family. I am so happy that we are here. My child is being taken good care of. She loves going to her class!!

We have been with Kiddie Academy of Mill Creek for several years, with two of our children enrolled since they were six months old. Our eldest is now almost four, and our younger child is two. We have been extremely happy with the care, daily activities, and learning experiences provided. The staff clearly puts a lot of thought into their programming, and it’s rewarding to see our kids enjoying themselves while learning new skills.
When our oldest started preschool this past September, we did have some concerns about the 30 min daily screen time used for educational and physical activities. We provided feedback suggesting more transparency around the purpose and timing of videos. The daycare responded promptly and took our concerns seriously, implementing a plan to limit screen time after 11 AM and providing more detailed notes in the daily report when videos are used. This thoughtful response really demonstrated their commitment to improvement and open communication with parents.
With a new baby on the way, we look forward to sending him here as well, knowing he’ll be in great hands. Overall, we’re very satisfied with Kiddie Academy and grateful to have found such a nurturing environment for our children.
