I made an appointment a couple days in advance and they got me right in on a Friday morning and fixed a screw I had in my tire. Quick clean and professional no charge.

Les Schwab did a fantastic job on installing a new e brake on my older car that had locked up. They are always very nice and work very hard. I have trust in them and am happy to recommend them

Last Saturday, I found a screw stuck in my tire. I went to Discount Tire Center and they told me that they couldn't patch up the hole because it was too close to the edge of the tires (the screw was about an inch away from the edge). They said they can replace the exact tire for $288.00 plus additional cost for installation. I wanted a second opinion so I came to this Les Schwab. They said to leave the tire there and they will inspect it first. Then I got a call saying that it was all patched up and I could pick it up. Everyone there was so nice and professional. They saved me almost $350.00. They made my day and I will definitely go there for my next tire needs.

Was told it was a 30 min wait turned into a 3hr wait caution their time estimation. 4 other customers were told the same thing and I watched us all wait over 3 hours to be serviced. Cars lined up outside the docks. Unfortunately they are very far off when it comes to timing…

Staff here was great. Dropped off a flat tire to be repaired yesterday afternoon and they repaired it just before they closed- even though they were busy. Also filled up my doughnut with air as well. Highly recommend!

Highly disappointed in our experience with getting our brakes done on Tuesday. Long story short, after an all day wait and $1100.00, we were sent on our way with little to no brake pressure. We had to drive 3 hrs over the pass and was told that after they bled the lines 4 times that they still were not braking properly due to an "air bubble". We followed their suggestions with all services that they recommend and trusted that after paying over a grand, we should be able to have not one concern about driving over the mountains. Everything should be in tip top shape one would think ? I asked a man named Shawn ," why are the brakes doing what they are doing?" ( when they were finished)Thought based off his knowledge and expertise, he would be able to provide me with an answer in which I would understand but his response was "I don't know" But he promised we would be absolutely safe in driving over the pass with no problems and that if the issue did not correct itself after a couple weeks, we should then bring the car into our local Les Schwab so someone else could fix the problem that he or his colleagues created. We took what he said and there again trusted his word without much hesitation, but I was still feeling a bit uneasy with his answer of "I don't know". We waited all day long, over 8 hrs and we just wanted to leave. So, we got in the vehicle and drove on a rural street at 35mph. Came to a point where we had to stop, I put my foot on the pedal and NOTHING. No brakes at all! Just rolled. I was thinking, uhhhh.... this is not right. Continued to drive and brake and still no brakes, no pressure at all. But we were "completely safe to drive home down a 4000 ft summit at 60mph" The brakes were worse than before when we brought in the vehicle. So, we called and I spoke to Shawn, the man who originally checked us out and I explained that there is no way in heck that I am driving over the pass with our brakes like this! He didn't show much concern, instead, he proceeded with, "I told you, that the lines have air in them and that you are completely safe to drive!"The last I checked, Les Schwab is pretty quick to tell a customer that they can't let them drive off the lot with badly worn tires unless the patron pays for a new set but this man was willing to have us drive in the conditions that we had to with very little to no brakes after us paying over $1000 dollars and waiting all day because he didn't want our car to be his problem anymore! We had already paid. So I don't know if it was his lack of care or concern, his incompetence or just pure laziness, or all three, but this man needs to be aware of what he could have caused had we not taken our car back. I won't even go into the lack of customer service that we received from him or a few others, but it is quite evident of the ones who just don't care about customer care or satisfaction anymore. Pretty sad.Anyhow, we ended up taking our car back into Les Schwab and spoke to another gentleman by the name of Jesus and told him the symptoms of our brakes, he agreed that they should not be doing that at all and he was pleasant and held his responsibility with doing the right thing by fixing the issue. And then, our car was fine. It took him all a half hr. Meanwhile, Shawn did not say one word to us. You all need to realize that if you are being lazy and don't want to fix an issue with a vehicle, especially when it comes to brakes, you are potentially putting people's lives in jeopardy. Next time, ask yourself is it worth it or would you rather take the time to get it right so you can go to bed at night not having that on your conscience. I speak that in all seriousness. Highly disappointed but thank you to the ones who actually cared.

Terrible service, and a man by the name of Shaun doesn't know how to do his job and should be fired for laziness and horrible customer service.

Little disappointed. In the past they've done good work. Theyre always friendly. They work very hard. This time I took my car in to have brakes bled and trouble shoot the system id just replaced everything but had very soft peddle. They fixed it over 2 days. Called and said it was done. 330 bucks. I get in the car after paying and the brakes are the exact same as before. I feel a little taken.but id still go back for alignmentments and what not.

After expensive tire replacement did not stow spare properly. Visit before that, loose clunking noise happened after brake work, due to loose caliper found by Honda dealer. As part of tire work I negotiated a wheel alignment check. They would only do a minor toe adjustment for an additional $140. They are masters of upselll. Not impressed with service.

Their free brake inspection service is awesome. I ended up deciding to do the job myself but now I’m informed on the issue. Possibly the quickest service I’ve ever had for a car appointment.

New Scratches on Passenger Door and White Paint Marks on Driver Side Mirror.. Mirror was Folded out Upon Arrival.. the Quote was Innacurrate for What was Needed.. Felt I was "Being Fed Something"Les Schwab Continues to Overcharge..The Last 4 times I've used this Company I'll get a Phone Call an Hour or Two Later Demanding I do Some Pricey Repairs before they Will Do what I bring it in For... One time I almost had to Write Off an Entire Truck Because they Refused to Re-assemble Due to Safety..This Is the New Meineke or Jiffy-Lube for me..Used to Enjoy Les Shwab.. ..my Last Tire Replacement and Alignment took 3 hrs at another Location and I arrived First thing after Opening... ..The Sheer Amount of Walkins for Flat Tires From Puncture and People who "Just Want Air in their Tyre" Delay Everything.... Just Go Local. LLC Small Business.

Made an appointment online and was able to get in fairly quickly. My appointment for a tire repair only took about 30 minutes and was totally free. Only gave 4 stars because they forgot to put the air pressure gauge cap back on and I had to come back to have it replaced. Otherwise a good experience and will still likely come back!
