We (1-800-PLUMBER) are a plumbing company. Right from getting onboarded as vendor for all of its Seattle area properties to work order management on an ongoing basis, Lori Gill & Associates manager manager Keri Dutton has been great. We love the prompt communication and appreciate their understanding that we will never overcharge. Also, who doesn't love the prompt payments that automatically happens through AvidXchange once we send our invoices? :-) We would love to do business with Lori Gill and Associates/Windermere for a long time.

I am a vendor and have been working with Windermere for over 7 years. I have worked with Agents out of Bellevue, Everett, and Mill creek and Victoria R is by far the best Agent. She is so kind, professional, patient, willing to handle the vendor with care and respect. She is also very sweet. I recommend her to any of my clients/homeowners. Thank you so much Victoria!

My Lake Forest Park property has been managed by Keith Abernathy with Lori Gill Associates/Windermere Property Management for several years and it has been an excellent experience. Keith has kept me informed regarding qualifications of renters, inspections both written and updated by phone, and when something is needed, Keith checks if I'm alright with suggested repairs and we decide what should proceed and it's taken care of with certified and qualified professionals! They have been the best property management I have had for over 20 years. Definitely recommend them to work with you to manage your property(ies)!

My property manager, Brenda, was so supportive, responsive, and all around fabulous during my stay in one of the homes she managed. I stayed for nearly five years, and that's in no small part due to her professionalism, flexibility, and communication. I highly recommend seeing Brenda for your rental needs - she takes care of problems fast and never leaves you hanging. She's a total keeper!

Kelley Rose with Lori Gill's team has managed our property in Seattle and has done an excellent job at communicating status updates and addressing our tenants' needs. Turnover makeready has been efficient and leases have been competitive, with minimal issues with vacancy. We also receive updates on the ever changing status of tenant / landlord laws. Highly recommend this team!

I had the worst experience working with this company, specifically Jeffi Tibbts and her manager Corey. I signed a contract with them to rent my condo. While I recognize the market was down, I did not observe Jeffi put forth much effort to rent my place. Unprecedented times require you to hustle harder, get creative, and work hard for your client. Jeffi was disrespectful when I asked her questions, would not follow-up on questions from potential tenants ,and ultimately dropped me as a client. This behavior was condoned by her manager Corey who was CC'd on emails and said nothing about her disrespectful tone. Being dropped by Lori Gill and Associates was the best thing ever as I was able to have my condo rented in less than two weeks. When I started calling around to other people in the industry I discovered they have a horrible reputation. Trust me when I say, don't give them your business. They likely won't work for it. Please note the length of response provided by their team. This level of detail should have been provided when I asked questions of my leasing agent vs on a Yelp review. What my main issue is that during this process no comps were provided to justify price adjustments. There were limited updates with details on views provided. It's hard to be asked to make a pricing change when you are not being provided data. Ultimately my place was rented with a 12% price adjustment.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. The experience that I had with Windemere Property Management, Lori Gill & Associates, has been absolutely the worst from a landlord perspective. I was recommended to work with Rob Gasca who works for Windemere as a Property Manager by a real estate agent that has worked with my family for years. I hope my experience helps someone else in the future that is considering to hire Lori Gill & Associates to manage your property.I hired Rob four years ago to manage my property in Mill Creek, WA. Rob immediately pushed me off to his wife, Collen, who had recently started working as a Property Manager for the Windemere. Colleen and Rob did nothing to protect me as a paying client. Below are just a few things that Colleen and Rob did to me over the course of a four year period:• Colleen allowed the tenants to lie on their rental application about how many people would be living the in my home. I approved only two adults to live in the home and I found out there were four children that were living in the home in addition to the two adults• I approved one pet to be in the home and found out that there were two big dogs living there• Colleen and Rob did not complete the property walk throughs that were required every six months. Colleen consistently communicated that the property was in “excellent condition” which turned out not to be the case.• I told the tenants that they were not allowed to have an above the ground pool and they did not listen to me and Colleen/Rob did nothing to reinforce my request• The lawn was never neglected and so I hired a landscaper to maintain the property; however, the Colleen did not help coordinate an appropriate schedule that would work for all parties resulting in the landscaper being harassed by the tenant and Colleen. The front and back yard died and now I’m having to repair all of damages from years of neglect.• There was challenge to collect the monthly rent from the tenant and Colleen offered nothing but excuses rather than results. Colleen was more of an advocates for the tenant than for me as the landlord. All Colleen and Rob were concerned with is their monthly fee and not the condition or maintenance of the landlord’s home.• When the tenants finally moved out, I was left with over $20,000 with home repairs due to the mismanagement by Lori Gill & Associates.• When I saw all of the damage to the home, I contacted Cory Brewer, Property District manager, and Lori Gill who did absolutely nothing to help or protect me as a client for four years. In fact I left voicemails, sent emails, and left messages for both of them to contact me; however, it was merely impossible to get a response from this property management company.• After spending money to repair and restore my home Rob, Colleen, Cory, and Lori gave me a very hard time to get the security deposit for the damages that were caused by the tenant.If you’re considering hiring Rob and Colleen Gasca and Lori Gill from Lori Gill & Associates you might want to reconsider based on my experience with the company. This company does not have your best interest and is only to line their pocket book period!

Ann Ashford managed a property for me for two years while I lived out of state. She made the entire process seamless and stress free for me. She was impeccably thorough and quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. She handled complaints and requests from my tenants very professionally. She was never quick to just hire an expensive repair man but always gave me options and sound advice. Ann definitely looks out for the best interest of her clients. I would highly recommend Ann to anyone looking to rent their property!

I’m on my third lease with Ann.The house she got us is fantastic. Exactly what we hoped for.There are very few reasons to reach out to Ann, but when I need to, and there have been a few instances, she is incredibly responsive and has the appropriate repair person contact me within a day.Highly recommend Ann to represent you in a rental property, and more importantly, helping with the management.
