Sometimes it’s hard to get help but that can depend on which store you in.

It's where I go when I don't need Home Depot. Each has their place.

Sunday night 5:30 I was waiting waiting for service in tools I trying to buy a tied up tool cart thing for my husband present. I even told the lady at self check she just apologized but didn't offer to get me help so I just ill guess I won't do business here and left.

They have a good selection of items but literally every time I go there I have had items ring up way more than the shelf/price tag said it was. Each time I have had to go back to where I found the item, take a picture of the shelf and correct price, and bring that to the cashier to get the correct price. One time it was an outdoor hose reel that the shelf claimed was ~$34.99, but when I got to the register it rang up for $49.99. Another time I got storage totes that were 4 for $10.99 each, but when I went to the register, were $12+. The frequency this happens with and how the employees don't even blink when you bring it to their attention, at best means the company knows and just doesn't care, or at worst means they deliberately misrepresent their prices and charge more at the register hoping you don't notice, to increase their margin.Take pictures of every price tag, and do self check out so you can compare the two, and then when something is inevitably wrong you can show the correct price to the employee there & don't need to go running around the store again. If that doesn't sound worth it, go somewhere else.If it's a Lowes corporate store that reads these reviews, I highly recommend an audit of this store. This is extremely suspicious and I can honestly say I've never seen another store do this on regular, non-sale items. The totes may have been on sale, the reel wasn't. I like Lowes but I am extremely hesitant to go back. Pleeeaaase figure this out so I can feel comfortable going back.

It is just nice to have a home improvement store close to home. They usually have what I think I need (plus some). This has become my favorite place to shop for seasonal decorations and lawn and garden stuff. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I also greatly appreciate that while they have several self-check lines, they still have a couple of cashier run registers as well.

My recent visit to your store was incredibly frustrating. I waited for 40 minutes, only to discover that the employee responsible for cutting plywood boards had left for an extended "lunch" break. Even after asking three times for assistance, I was told to wait longer. The manager eventually suggested I return the next day, which was highly inconvenient. This disappointing experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to your store. Please address these service issues promptly to prevent others from going through the same frustration.

The young lady Kimberly, the cashier was very helpful today 9/24 around 6:35pm. The self checkout machine didn’t give me $40 cash back. She called Alex to help out. Thank you.

Barb was great! I was looking for a laser level but couldn't find it on the shelf. Barb got one of the tall stairs and found what I was looking for up there.I know the service at Lowes has always been great, but Barb went out of her way to find what I needed!!Thank you, Barb, for going the extra mile for me today so that I can get to work tomorrow!!

It happened to me again - I was charged incorrectly for a product. Third time this year. It is the "sale" product or item with a yellow tag that are at issue. The first time I did not notice until I got home (did not want to return to store to get refund). The second time the cashier instructed me to go back and take a picture of the two items that were priced incorrectly (I did and was charged properly - but it didn't appear the cashier did anything to correct the error). Yesterday the cashier simply shrugged.Lowes is convenient for me, but doubtful I will shop the Mill Creek store in the future.

I have gone to this mill creek location for years as I am always working on little jobs around my house.I bring a reusable bag as lowes barely have bags that are easily accessible. I came in to get some pool chemicals along with an anchor to hang a buzz zapper. As I walk into the self check out line I am bombard by this employee with long brown hair in a low ponytail who shoved her way in between me and my car and started emptying out my bag. I asked her what she was doing as she started scanning things without a word. And rolled her eyes. There was a customer behind us at another sell check out calling for her to help who she ignored. After two times the man asking for help; I asked her why I wasn’t able to scan myown items and that there was someone else really needing her attention and she looked at me straight in the eyes, rolled her eyes again and said “oh well people like you always need help… like you had asked for help.”..I looked at her and said “no, I have completely capable of doing this without being treated like a child or like you look at me like I am shady or something!??” My family and I have come here for years and spend hundreds and thousands of dollars and to be treated like this was an absolute insult. Especially whenever I have come in needing help to find something or I need something — I can never find an employee to do so…I understand there might be shady people that come in and do shady stuff (in the area espeically) but to be so blatantly judgmental and rude is BEYOND me. Isn’t customer service d suppose to be friendly and helpful when needed? Last time I checked, it’s self-check out for a reason as I go through because I have my dog who is serviced for me but is otherwise not fully trained to deal with others properly, we are in the process of doing so.Sadly I might have to choose Home Depot over this spot if they continue to hire rude, judgmental teenagers like this. Which is the first for em to witness such behavior from a worker here today. So whoever was at self check out on Sunday 8/20 @ 6:30 needs to get a talking to from a manager or find another job where she isn’t surrounded by customers face to face.

This is seriously one of the worst Lowes I've ever been to. You check the website for something, you go in, and nope! They don't have it, or don't want to find it. You have to go to Lynnwood or Everett to find common seasonal materials because this location doesn't have a clue. The Mill Creek community is aware of how bad this branch is, but have to go here because of location. My review today is because for the third time this calendar year I submitted a pick up order in the morning so I could get it on my way home from work only to show up 7+ hours later for it not to be ready. Tonight I was told it was a 30 minute wait for my order that was marked "Ready for pickup" at 11:30am. I was there at 6:50pm. This was a complete waste of my time. Last time I had this issue and made a complaint they started taping cheaply photocopied messages of "Leave us a good review..." to their pick up orders, but they still haven't figured out how to get it right. I look through these other Google reviews and the Owner Responses are about "customer service is our priority...", but I can't agree with that. You would have figured it out by now if customer service was really your priority.

Though I don't often write bad reviews, this one is so awful that I wish I could give it a bad rating. My wife phones to ask if I'll help her pick up a sizable fire pit table that she's purchased for our patio and that we both liked the look of. Being the devoted husband that I am, I leave work early to minimize and disruptions. She is standing in the return line for a price adjustment when I arrive and she tells me that they are looking for the item because they moved it to keep others from purchasing it. While I was there, I thought I'd look at the display inventory. To make a long story short, I asked for an update many times and they kept saying in a few minutes and over an hour passed. This demonstrates poor teaching of customer service and I am done with Lowes. Customer Service is not their first focus, despite their claims to the contrary. The manager refused to even look at us or update us because he was aware that they made multiple mistakes. It was actually the woman working the returns register that was polite enough to fill us in. The manager was completely silent on the issue.Go to Home Depot or Dunn Lumber ... better yet, order online.

As a follow-up to the gentleman that said he goes to Lowes because that parking is good and they have 1/4 of the customers as does Home Depot. When will management be replaced at this store. There is a good reason why they have only 1/4 of the customer marketplace..Just yesterday I was at the Mill Creek store for a simple item. Having to ask the 4- employees standing there doing nothing , not one of them employees could help me find what I was looking for........This surely is not my first bad experience with this store but it will be my LAST!!!!!!!!
