My husband comes here often, as we're local. He is always satisfied with his cut (and he is very particular). Last week I decided to join him since I have been growing out my pixie for just over 1.5 years and needed a cut. My hair was between shoulder and chin length. I wanted a stacked bob. We had different people cut our hair at the same time. My husband had a male stylist and I had a female stylist.
My husband ended up getting white walled on his side burn and the stylist decided to trim his beard to hide it, while giving him sharp edges on his face. He did not asked to be shaved, let alone for edges on his cheek and neck. But once the guy started doing his face, there was no other option other than to continue. That was my husbands experience. After that he will never return.
My experience left me in tears the next day once I realized how effed my hair cut is. My stacked bob turned in to number two clippers on my neck with a blunt edge half way up my head.
There's barely hair covering my ears where she left two blunt sections. She basically cut out a square. It's horrible. I'm a laissez-faire individual and mediocre haircuts never sincerely bothered me. BUT THIS TAKES THE CAKE. Like another bad review said, DO NOT COME HERE FOR A FEMALE HAIR CUT.

Received a perm and when the guy was taking out the rollers he LITERALLLY ripped a patch of hair out. He was NOT gentle at all. That's not the end of it...I showed him a photo of how I would like my hair cut multiple times and my hair ended up nowhere near what I asked for. By the end of the perm/haircut he basically ran outside for a smoke break! Maybe this explains why he was so eager to finish with my hair? No matter what addiction you have that gives you no excuse to rip someone's hair out. Extremely unprofessional and I am never returning.

I should have read the reviews, it's a good thing my haircut turned out alright, despite one side next to my ear being uneven. The thing that got me is that the lady felt like she was in a hurry to get my haircut done. She hit my earring a couple times and it hurt and she pressed the brush into my forehead scraping it hard upward as she was blowdrying my bangs but my bangs are extremely short so that made no sense for her to do thinking back on it. But toward the end when she was done she quickly brushed the side of my face and the back of my neck with the towel as if she was putting in the effort to clean me up, unhooks the cover that keeps your clothes from getting hair on it, THEN blow dries ALL the hair on my neck and head into my clothes. I felt all the hair go into my clothes. I was in shock and thought maybe I'm overthinking it... Paid as fast as I can, tipped her $10 bucks because I am that person who doesn't want confrontation with the person who cuts my hair for some reason, run home to see that she really did do me dirty. Don't go there..

My poor friend came here and came out looking horrible. She used to have such pretty hair, and she wanted a simple curtain bang look, her hair now looks so choppy and really ugly. She looked better going in. The audacity they had for making her pay. Don’t come here! She said they were also kind of rude!! Hair hair looks horrible and tomorrow is her first day of school, we were taking and she was just crying the whole time!! I feel so bad for her!! Gosh don’t come here, especially if you are trying to get a female haircut, they will ruin all your hair growth progress.
