This woman is a liar. She filed an official court declaration stating she attempted service at my home 4 times but she tried once. I have a ring camera that shows clearly the one and only time she came here- when we were out of state. She wrote on her declaration that the servee was “clearly avoiding service” because on her one attempt she could hear someone snapping at the dogs. This was my 83 year old disabled mother in law who can’t navigate stairs alone to answer the door. She lied anbout the number of attempts made and then submitted untrue assumptions about why the door wasn’t opened for paperwork we have been waiting for on her one attempt! She should be ashamed of herself! Do not hire Michelle Thayer
—-in response to your note: the name is “FOUARD” can’t be that many in your database. You filled out a declaration for court so you must have some record of doing it! I’d be happy to send you a copy of your lies! Just ask! I left you a voicemail too.
—upon speaking to you directly, I have never heard such a lack of professionalism in a court official! No apology or remorse for your error and lies, just calling to inform me you corrected your mistake. You had not been to our house as you declared to the courts… but you let the courts know… woops just a mistake!
Well Michelle, this was more than a mistake it was perjury! You figured out your error in time to come to our door on “attempt #4” so you figured out the mistake and corrected it, but you still filed that declaration stating otherwise after the fact- knowing it was a “mistake” that is a crime!

On time and overall an easy process, but unfortunately the stamp was very smudged/illegible and my form was denied, so I'll have to make another appointment/get another stamp somewhere else which just adds stress to an already stressful/time-sensitive situation.

We needed a couple of documents notarized to take our granddaughter’s friend on a vacation with us. The team at Michelle’s was awesome! Within minutes of sending an inquiry and I received a message back with all the instructions how to proceed.
The transaction was smooth and seamless, considering the notary needed to go to our granddaughters friends home to have her parents sign the documents. We have zero complaints about the cost. It was very reasonable and much less competitors and the service is excellent.

I am an attorney and always seek to support small businesses before I go with larger companies. Michelle's is a small business, so I contacted her and asked that she serve a summons and complaint on a company in Blaine, Washington. She took my payment, then ran without serving the summons and complaint. I've tried to call Michelle's several times to see why she took my money then failed to do the job, but it goes straight to voicemail. Also, she ignores my emails. Now I guess I will hire a reputable company that will actually do the job. Thanks for giving small businesses a bad name Michelle. I would highly suggest that you avoid this company and DON'T give Michelle any money in advance unless you just want to lose it.

Terrible, didn't answer the phone, can't find the address/shop, why even have a business listing if you aren't even available as your business hours indicate?

Used her as a mobile notary July 31. We had a 630pm appointment and received reminder notices. Michelle did not show up and after calling and texting we learned that she mixed days up. Mistakes happen. We waited about 45 min for her to come into the office. When she did she basically said nothing of this and was not apologetic as I would expect when someone makes a mistake. She then charged us for the signature whence I would have expected she would comp the ~$10 charge. I won’t be returning and hope that they can be more organized and accept responsibility when mistakes are made.
Update: I read the response from the owner and I can only give my observations. You may have communicated to the other party contacting you, you did not even acknowledge the mistake when you showed up until my ex saw inexplicably apologized to you for making it confusing. Mistakes happen and for that reason I added another star but I waited nearly an hour to even begin our appointment for something that took 10min. I wish you well with your small business but I do wish to share my experience.

Like many reviews I am able to say that Michelle's immediate responsiveness by phone & email, her high-quality copy output, her ahead of promised schedule timeliness and her pleasant phone personality would all drive me to use her service again and again, but I really want to shine a light on her heart and character.
I needed 1000 fliers printed for Madrona Grace Church's celebration of Black History month, and we didn't have a budget. I sent an ask to over a dozen print businesses and two showed interest in helping. Only Michele stated without hesitation or negotiation her desire to print all 1000 as a 100% donation. WOW!
Michele's office is in Mill Creek and far away from Madrona, which neighbors Garfield high school. I want to highlight this small-business woman who is much more .... she is a citizen of our larger community not bound by geography or ROI!

I have nothing but good things to say about this human. She was so nice. She took the time to call me. Instead of texting. She said she should be able to get it done that day. Which 2 other places could not. And still wanted the money for expediting it. I had no problem paying extra for something that was actually done. We spoke early afternoon. I sent her the documents. And he was served that evening. If you have a time sensitive matter. Michelle is your woman. Thank you Michelle.
