  New Transport moved my mother from the doctor and back. The drivers were awesome. They treated her gently and were kind. New Transport came exactly on time. And after her appt was done, we called, and they arrived in about 10 minutes. I signed up through their website and got a quote. After the trips were complete, NT noticed I had been overcharged because of google maps' chosen route. They looked over the route and refunded us $69. I set up the roundtrip on Friday afternoon for a Monday morning trip. None of the other cabulance companies would even talk to me, because they don't take reservations after 2pm on Fridays for a Monday ride. I highly recommend New Transport!

  Their map of their service area shows that they go all the way to Renton, but they won't even go from Queen Anne to Ballard.

  I have used New Transport Cabulance for many years - they are excellent, without question. They always show up on time ... and if they will be late, they contact you and let you know an ETA. No matter the time of day, they have always been able to transport me where I need to go.Over the past 25 years of being wheelchair bound and needing to use services such as this, I have used most of the cabulance providers in the Seattle area - by far, New Transport is the best. Whenever I have a say in the company to be used, they will always be my first choice.
