Primrose has been a second home for our family over the past five years, guiding both our children from infancy through Pre-K with remarkable care. Our eldest is now ready to transition to elementary school—well-prepared, kind, confident, and socially mature—while our youngest absolutely loves her time here. The standout aspect of Primrose is the exceptional quality of its teachers: they are attentive, nurturing, and detail-oriented. From the thoughtful “happy grams” to the frequent photo updates and well-organized parent-teacher conferences, we’ve always felt included and reassured in our children’s developmental journey.
The administration team is equally commendable—professional, friendly, and highly responsive. They’ve handled food allergies with seriousness and transparency, taking swift corrective action whenever needed. The school itself is ideally located in a quiet, residential neighborhood next to a park, which makes drop-offs and pickups smooth and stress-free. We’ve cherished every school event—whether celebrating global cultures or enjoying festive moments like Halloween and Mother’s/Father’s Day. It’s a place that fosters joy, learning, and character building, and we are deeply grateful for the role Primrose has played in our children’s early years.
Thanks again to all our teachers - Miss Angie, Miss Nicolette, Miss Maria, Miss Valeria, Miss Meena, Miss Jebun, Miss Urmi and the lovely staff - Miss Kim, Miss Renee, Miss Vanessa, Miss Larissa for helping create such lovely memories for our family in this journey.

Due to family travel, we have to delay my kid enrollment 2 months. When I ask if I can postpone the enroll, they ask me to pay another 200 fee or pay 600 per week. It sounds like a joke to me

Our son started at Primrose School of MillCreek with infant classroom only when he was just 6 months old, back in January 2021 in the pandemic. Like all parents, I had some apprehensions in my mind about starting daycare for my little one, that too during pandemic. I’m glad I took the decision enrolling him at Primrose because our experience has been nothing but amazing.
We are in our 4th year with Primrose, my son will now be going to PreK.
Back in 2021 when I toured multiple daycares, I found Primrose to be the cleanest and most organized daycare. All the teachers right from the entrance at front desk - Ms. Kim, Ms. Rene, Ms Vanessa - to the classroom teachers were warm and welcoming and it gave a pleasant vibe of nurturing environment.
Every class my son has been to, he has had great teachers who are communicative, taking care of kids like their own, and catering to personal need of the child wherever appropriate. I like that my son has blended in to the Primrose environment so well that he misses school on weekends :)
Preschool 1 classroom deserves a special mention because it is this class where my son has made some of his core memories, best friends and this is also one of those classroom where he has spent maximum time. Ms Aisha, Ms Maria Jose and Ms Hitha have created a beautiful environment for kids with their loving nature and teaching skills. All the teachers strive hard to address kids needs, be present, let the kids feel heard and at the same time imbibe good qualities and discipline by teaching valuable lessons.
I am grateful for all their help and guidance to develop little ones into kind, helpful and responsible kids.

Primrose of Mill Creek came highly recommended when we were searching for preschool options for our daughter, who was 3 at the time. She entered PS2 class with some amazing teachers. A few months in, there was a major turnover of teachers in her classroom alone. It made me nervous but since, we’ve had Ms. Meena, Ms. Urmi and Ms. J and we’ve been nothing but reassured about how this school goes through lengths to find the best, most kind and nurturing teachers to be with your littles. They have all went above and beyond to make my daughter feel safe and loved in the classroom. She has learned SO much as well, so much more than I could think a preschooler would know. Sadly we will only have experienced one year here before we leave for another school. We will miss primrose so much and would recommend them at no hesitation.

This review is long overdue. My little one (LO) started going to primrose in July 2021 when they were only 15 months old. I toured 7 or 8 local daycares and Primrose facility stood out as the cleanest and most organized. Every classroom had such warm and comforting environment from clean toys to cozy little couches. My LO started in young toddler classroom and is about to go into pre-K classroom. I like that Primrose transitions kids to different classrooms every 6-12 months in order to provide the best developmentally appropriate learning environment and experience for its students. I also appreciate administration’s effort not only to ensure kids physical well-being (i.e. adding more fresh veggies and fruits to the menu) but also taking kids social and emotional needs into consideration (i.e. which friends should stay together, which teacher is best suited for certain personalities, etc.).
While clean facilities, nutritious menu and thoughtful administration have all contributed to our positive experience here, none of it would be possible without Primrose teachers who make a difference in kids lives. In all 3 years with Primrose, we’ve never had a bad teacher. Everyone has been so warm, knowledgeable and caring towards my LO. Most notably, her most recent teachers include Ms Hitha, Ms Maria Jose and Ms Aisha. This dynamic trio was such a perfect team to teach Preschool 1 kiddos. Ms Maria Jose was like a sweet abuelita to my LO - always there to give warm hugs, teach new Spanish songs or to firmly but lovingly discipline . And that’s what I admired the most in Ms Maria Jose - she was not afraid to bring order and rules into the classroom and the kids absolutely loved her for it! Ms Hitha was so amazing and kind to my LO that I always hear how much my LO enjoyed having Ms Hitha as their teacher. My LO even made her a card with a sweet love message. Ms Aisha really cared about academic development and progress of all kids. I’d often see her teaching math, syllables or reading with so much passion and creativity! We couldn’t be any happier with this amazingly talented and dedicated team of teachers who truly made a difference in my LO’s preschool years! There are no words to describe my gratitude, admiration and appreciation for what these three women do on a daily basis!
Primrose has many great teachers and it’s worth mentioning Ms Meena as well who is adored by every single kid! Her patience, love and kindness towards her students is immeasurable!
Big thank you to everyone at Primrose!

My daughter Mahira has been attending Primrose School of Mill Creek since she was 16 months old and is now 4 years old, preparing to move up to the Pre-K class. Along her journey, she has had some incredible teachers.
Miss Meena has been Mahira's teacher in two different classes (EP1 and PS2), and her classroom atmosphere has always been warm and welcoming. Under Miss Meena's guidance, Mahira has transformed into a self-assured child, ready to face new challenges with confidence. Her thoughtful approach to teaching and genuine care for her students have helped Mahira build confidence, develop social skills, and make lasting friendships.
Miss Urmi, Mahira's teacher, is very kind, patient, and nurturing in her approach. The STEAM lessons taught by her are very innovative and engaging, and my daughter often shares exciting stories about what she learned each day.
We have seen significant progress in our daughter’s thinking skills and her overall attitude towards learning.
We've witnessed firsthand how much Miss Jebun (Miss J) is adored by my daughter and everyone. Her approach to teaching math is both innovative and engaging, making it enjoyable and accessible for young learners. She is incredibly loving and caring towards every child in the class, always ready with a warm hug for each of them.
We are incredibly grateful for the role Primrose School Of Mill Creek has played in our daughter’s journey. The positive experiences and growth she has gained here have exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to seeing even more progress as she continues her journey at this wonderful school.

We have had our daughters in there since they were 3 years old and it's done wonders for their development. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the facility is well maintained. It's not cheap but it's worth it.

My daughter attended their preschool and pre-k program from 2023-2024, and our experience was excellent. The enrollment process was seamless, and communication was clear. The food was healthy and hygienic.
The staff, administration, and teachers were welcoming and created a positive environment. Ms. Gunjan and Mr. Bailey were exceptional, teaching good values and academics while keeping parents engaged with regular assessments.
The inclusive culture helped children develop socially and celebrate various festivals, fostering awareness and engagement. Parental involvement was encouraged, making us feel included in our child's education.
STEM activities and discipline were emphasized, boosting creativity and intelligence. Overall, the preschool program was nurturing and stimulating, and I highly recommend it.

Primrose School of Mill Creek has been an absolute blessing for our daughter's pre-K experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The teachers are incredibly caring and attentive, going above and beyond to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children. Our daughter has blossomed both academically and socially, thanks to the engaging curriculum and the emphasis on character development. The school's communication is outstanding, keeping us informed about our daughter's progress and daily activities. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Primrose School of Mill Creek and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a top-notch early childhood education program.

We are beyond thrilled with our decision to enroll our 4-year-old son at Primrose in Millcreek. After a challenging experience at a different daycare, we were hesitant to try again, but Primrose has truly been a blessing for our family.
From the moment we stepped into the facility, we knew this was a special place. The teachers in our son's preschool classroom, Ms. J, Ms. Meena, and Ms. Urmi, have been absolutely amazing. Their love and care for the children are evident in everything they do.
The transition to the pre-K1 classroom was smooth, thanks to the incredible support from the new teachers. They were just as attentive and caring, ensuring that our son felt comfortable and excited about this new chapter.
Primrose stands out for its organization, cleanliness, and above all, the genuine care they provide to each child. As working parents, it brings us immense peace of mind knowing that our son is in such good hands. We can wholeheartedly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their child.
Thank you, Primrose, for making a positive difference in our son's early years!

Five years ago, we made one of the best decisions for our sons by enrolling them at Primrose School of Mill Creek. Primrose has been the second home where our sons flourished and learned so much, and we have deep gratitude to the incredible teachers who have played such a significant role in their and our lives.
Throughout the years we had incredible teachers for both our kids, most recently our youngest son spent his last two years in miss Aisha, miss Maria Jose and miss Hitha class and we had a great experience all the way from the very first few harder drop-off days, to being super engaged and eager to go to school everyday! Miss Aisha always gave us great feedback to improve the learning experience for our son and found clever ways for us to engage at school, our son loved playing and talking with miss Hitha a lot, and we loved all the Spanish lessons and songs miss Maria delightfully brought to the class :)
Also previously our sons had Miss Meena, Miss Keily, Miss Noopura, Mr Bailey, Miss Eli, Miss Katherine and many more! Primrose was always a big and loving family to us. Their creative approach to learning always sparked our kids love for exploration. Whether it's through storytelling, arts and crafts, or hands-on activities, they had a remarkable ability to make learning fun and engaging.
Finally, miss Larisa's (the owner of Primrose School of Mill Creek) leadership and dedication always ensured smooth operation for the school and an always organized and thought-out transition plans for our kids throughout the many years we have been with Primrose. Miss Kim, and the rest of the primrose staff always welcomed us with warm smiles everyday as we arrived at the school. This genuine kindness and positivity set the tone for each day, making every child feel valued and appreciated from the moment they step through the doors of Primrose.

Both of my kids went to Primrose School of Mill Creek and I truly do not have enough wonderful things to say about them. They provided a safe place for my kids to be while I was at work and both of them learned so much! I knew that the teachers (and admin staff) truly cared about both of my kids which made dropping them off each day easy. Both of my kids LOVED their days at Primrose and even asked to do their summer camps. We will continue to stop by to visit the amazing teachers and staff long after we're no longer there. HIGHLY recommend.
