It was my first visit, but immediately I felt so relieved and happy to have booked this appointment with Kylee. She was so kind and easy going. She worked through a plan with me to get my hair back on track and I’m excited to keep going back to see her at this salon.

Hands down one of the best salons in this area. Very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly every time I’m there. If you haven’t been here before I definitely recommend it!!

Josh is absolutely amazing! He consults you each time to make sure you’re on the same page before he even starts and then his execution is even more impressive. He’s cut my hair about 4 times now and each time I say it’s my favorite haircut ever.

I could not recommend this place enough. An absolute gem. - ( 9/4/25 update, my second visit ) I walked out yesterday looking and feeling so good. The entire experience here from the way you are greeted to when you walk out the door you valued. I stand firmly in my original assessment- this salon is an absolute gem

My daughter came to this salon for a haircut that turned out very botchy, uneven, and choppy. After reading reviews, I saw that many people who were unhappy with their haircuts were acknowledged and offered some kind of compromise by the salon owner, so I suggested that she emailed the salon and explained all the reasons why we were all unhappy with the haircut she received. She sent a very polite email explaining all the problems she had with the haircut and asked if it would be possible for someone else to try and fix her hair. We waited about a week or more and never got a response, seems like they’re only offering to fix stuff when it’s posted publicly and dampers their business.
The haircut was so choppy and uneven. She asked for a v cut and it looked like someone took a kitchen knife and a cutting board, chopped a v in her hair, and called it a day. Definitely not what I expected from an $80 haircut, and now we have to drop even more money to get it fixed elsewhere.

I learned so much about my hair. Most of the time my haircuts have the same problems, but Michael explained WHY this has been happening my whole adult life.
Michael gave me a different style that has none of these issues.

I was bummed with my experience here. I came in to touch up my highlights. My appointment was at 2pm. My stylist was an hour and a half late and we didn't start until 330. I asked to have my roots touched up to cover a few grays and was shocked to find my total to be $300+ I wish I knew the roots were going to double my quoted cost bc I would have skipped it. The shampoo/massage was great. My results were just ok. My hair felt like straw afterwards(I highlight my hair a few times a year and this is a first). So sadly, I don't recommend.

Turns out I had broken my elbow just before my appointment - like fell and fractured my radial bone 15 minutes before I walked into the salon. The next morning at work people consistently noticed my haircut before my sling! Now THAT’S a good cut!!
Thank you to Josh for the last minute booking, a phenomenal and speedy service, and making my hair look beyond spectacular! Plus I looked fabulous at the ER waiting for x-rays 💅

I love the atmosphere at Salon Ivory. I have extremely coarse and thick hair and even with my pixie cut it still takes 3 bowls of dye to color my hair. Josh is my stylist and he takes care of my hair beautifully. I love him! I wish I could give this Salon a 10/10 if I could. If you are struggling to find a good salon I HIGHLY recommend Salon Ivory.

I cannot say enough great things about Salon Ivory! My usual stylist wasn’t available and I had a wedding coming up, so I was in a bit of a pinch. Derik went above and beyond to fit me into his already packed schedule, and I’m so incredibly grateful. His professionalism, talent, and warm, uplifting personality completely blew me away.
Not only did Derik do an amazing job, but the level of teamwork at Salon Ivory is just next-level. You can feel the positive energy and passion the entire team brings to their work. This place is a gem—the people, the talent, the atmosphere. Absolutely unmatched. Thank you again, Derik and the entire Salon Ivory team!
Previous: I've been seeing Juels since April, and I can honestly say she's the best hairstylist I've had in forever! From the very first appointment, she understood exactly what my hair needs, how to work with my fine hair type, and which cuts would suit it best. After every haircut, I get so many compliments! Juels doesn’t just give amazing cuts; she truly takes the time to listen, offering great advice and recommendations. Beyond her skill, she is such a sweet, sincere, and accommodating person. I’m incredibly grateful for her talent, care, and those amazing scalp massages!

Derek, the owner, is a genius. He has been cut and styled my hair since 2018. I walk in and feel relaxed and leave feeling pampered.
Danielle and Morgan are a bonus.
