They were recommended by my State Farm insurance agent. They took great care of me. Never wasted my time. They got me in faster than anyone else could. They kept me updated with the process by text and had my car back faster than I expected. The work was great. It was a major accident - you would never now. They cleaned my car spotless. They never got frustrated when I asked questions.

I’ve used this location of Service King twice and both times the car has come back as good as new! They’re incredibly friendly and are great with communicating status updates.Wouldn’t even hesitate to book them again for all car body repair needs

In a nutshell: in the process of repairing minor damage, the mechanics managed to reverse my car into an obstacle, causing even more damage. Take your car someplace else - these people are way too careless to be trusted with your property.About a month after buying a new car, another driver caused an accident and caused minor damage to my vehicle - extremely frustrating for such a new car, but not the end of the world. Based on the advice of insurance, I took it to Service King for repairs. My frustrations began with their unwillingness to provide a date when I could expect the repairs to be finished. My frustrations were compounded by the fact that, while the feature to text questions to the business directly sounds nice, you'd be lucky to get a response the same day - if you get a response at all. Customers want to know what's going on with their vehicle, and their communication fell way short of expectations.But by far the biggest problem - before I picked my car up, I was informed the mechanic collided with something while reversing my car. My car is brand new and equipped with parking sensors and a backup camera - it takes an extreme amount of carelessness to manage to hit something with the car's features providing all of the situational awareness one could hope for and then some. I cannot emphasize how livid I am that the fact that they were so utterly inattentive, negligent, and failed to show the slightest concern for treating other people's property well. They offered to fix the damage in exchange for keeping my car another few days - but at that point, I had zero trust in them and insisted that the damage be fixed at another shop.After that, they filed an insurance claim to fix the damage - but let's be honest, this is the bare minimum. They don't get brownie points for this. I just can't wait for all of the bureaucratic nonsense that comes with dealing with insurance companies, waiting months to get my car fixed, and the hassle and inconvenience that comes with doing so.So - I certainly won't be letting these careless clowns near my car ever again. If you need auto repair services, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you take your business elsewhere .Attached photo shows the damage they caused.Services: Painting

Been a week and I haven't been able to learn about the estimated time to fix my car. Calls to the shop since the past 3 business days have not been responded to, which has been frustrating, because the folks I chatted with when I dropped the car were outstanding to talk to and very friendly, so this has been unexpected. Will keep everyone updated

The people are really easy to work with and very flexible with the scheduling. I had to reschedule 3 times and they did if for me with no problem and once I actually came in they were able to answer all my questions about the car and get me going very quickly

Was thinking of taking my car here until the employees acted like they didn't care. They acted like they were too good to answer my questions or that I was inconveniencing them by trying to give them my business. I wouldn't ever go back and recommend no one else goes here either unless they like getting treated horribly.Services: Tires

Amazing service ! Very easy to co-ordinate and was kept updated throughout the process with timely text messages. They were also prompt in being transparent about both timeline and pricing ! I took my daughter's car to the Service King for the right side of the doors scratch repair last year. After the repair, my daughter complained about the road noise when driving on freeways. I thought the noisy issue was because it was a small car and did not pay much attention to it... Until the rear right side door can't be open all of a sudden. Then my friend pointed out to me that the doors top molding of the car was not installed. I took the car to Service King and told them that they forget to reinstall the right doors top molding back to the car and shown them the pre- and post-repaired car doors pictures. The female manager agreed to order the part and have someone call me for the update. After the visit to Service King, I called several times and texted them since no one from Service King has called me. Every time I called them, they said they will order the part and call me for the update. For two weeks now, there is still no one from Service King has either called or texted me. The customer service from Service King is basically zero after the repaired service.

I would never use this shop. I took my car in for an estimate a week ago. I have called at least 10 times to try to talk to them to get to get an update. The phone rings and rings. No answer. Worst customer service I have ever received. Do not use this shop!!!!

Part of my lower front fender was hanging. I pulled up too far into a parking spot & it caught on something and did the damage. I went to Service King to get a rough estimate. I knew it wouldn't cost much. Turns out it didn't cost anything. Keegan walked out to my car to see what was wrong. He got down on the ground and popped it back into place. I asked what I owed & he said nothing. The down side is that it isn't warrantied but I'm good with that! I asked for his name and said I was going to yelp so here it is. That made my day! Thank you Keegan!

I have to admit that I was intimidated by the 1 star reviews. But all the other auto repair shops that accept our insurance were booked all the way to mid July or August, except this one (guess I wasn’t the only one who hesitated because of the negative reviews). So we still went to this location to replace my rear bumper cover.Both front desk staff members were really nice. Keegan, the technician, walked us through the damage before we dropped off the car. 1 week later, we were notified that the car is ready for pick up. Btw we received 3 text messages in between about the repair updates.Because of the google reviews, we paid extra attention to see if there were any scratches, dents, etc. We didn’t find anything. The staff noticed that there are some tape residues from the tape we used to temporarily align the bumper cover. They apologized, and used some tape remover and glass cleaner to remove them immediately. The car is also freshly washed inside & out.I’m not saying those negative comments are lying or anything. But I am satisfied with my experience. If you are as hesitant as I was , maybe it’s worth giving this location a try!

Totally communicative, I was aware of every detail and timeline of the repair process. They finished a bit sooner than estimated and my Jeep was beautiful again!

I got into an accident back in February, was very mild. Looked at 2-3 other places but to even get it checked out was not until early-middle April.I then found service king, and in the middle of February they checked on my car and got the fender to stay on partially, which was awesome. They were able to get my car in the middle of March, which was awesome! It only took about 3 weeks to get it fixed, which was nice.

Update: after bringing my car in a second time the fender was not alligned correctly and a new piece of paint had been chipped off by the headlight and I and I had to bring my car here a 3rd time. They paid for my rental car rightly so and FINALLY it was done correctly. It is really irritating how much work I had to miss just to get the job done right.I brought my car here to be repaired and they made me wait extra time to pass inspection which is fine and all but when I picked up my car my fender was not alligned correctly and I could hear it moving while driving so when I brought it back in they looked at it and told me they missed a part on the order sheet even though I had to wait longer for it to pass inspection so now I need to take more time away from work to have it fixed. When i brought it in to be fixed the employees seemed to not really know what they were talking about. Customer service was nice when you can get ahold of them on the phone.
