I really appreciated how well-staffed the car wash was. Even though I only got a basic wash, four employees were there to pre-spray my car before the wash and hand-dry it after.

I always check my wheels when I get the top wash package, and like other places, they weren't totally clean.

Update- just went back for the first time in awhile and had a much better experience. 9/7/23 at noon. I don’t know if the owner is hiring better workers or training them better but I do see a difference.It depends on who's working. Usually they do a great job! I've been coming here exclusively for 8 years. Today, not so much. I went back to show them how dirty my wheels still were. He spent 5 seconds on each wheel. If that. You could tell he really wasnt trying. The kid with braces gave me some attitude and told me to do a yelp review if i wasnt happy so I am. After getting nowhere with him i went to talk to the cashier. He was a lot more reasonable. After talking to the cashier he asked the kid who originally did my wheels to go over them again. Theyre better now but it should have been done right the first time. I've always tipped because typically they do a good job. I don't expect miracles but I do expect to get my $20 worth. Maybe the owner should have a talk with this kid. I wouldn't want my employees telling customers to go leave a bad review.

I purchased their super premium car wash and post the wash there was still dust and dirt in the side mirrors, boot. It was like I poured some water on the car. The gentlemen working there are least bit bothered. They started spraying water prior to the payment which meant when I rolled out the window all the dirty water seeped into the car. Would not visit again.

I feel like when you are spending $13 on a car wash, you shouldn’t come away with your wheel looking this bad. I understand that not paying for the top package, the wheels won’t be perfect, but this is pretty bad. Also disappointed that their website states they sell a punch card for 6 washes for $78, and you get one free wash at the time of purchase. So you get in line to purchase a punch card and get the free wash, only to be told that nope they don’t sell the punch cards anymore and that the wash is $13. Should have a sign somewhere stating no punchcard purchases. Also shouldn’t be advertised on the website if they don’t sell them. Quite disappointed.

Have been coming here for years due to the consistent fantastic customer service. Unfortunately, something has changed the last few visits. Today, the young man taking the money couldn’t get off his phone long enough to even ask what level I wanted. Last visit a few weeks ago he only dried one side of my car. Today, he ran to the other end to help dry and I had to again ask him to dry the passenger side too, but he was still carrying on his same telephone conversation. The gentleman who did my tires was very courteous. I always tip well for the service, but that doesn’t even work now.5/8 update.Today, I was pleasantly surprised to pull in and see 2 attendants from many of my past visits back here working. This crew has always consistently provided courteous customer service and makes sure that my car is spotless. I feel great knowing that the ownership took notice of the recent issues. I refer many of my clients to this location and I can now feel comfortable doing that again.

If I could give them 0 star I would. 4 noticable scratches after almost $20 carwash. my husband and I got our car washed together and we both got our cars scratched! we used vaccuum after the car wash and thats how we find out we got these scratches. the employees will only tell us to call the office for the problem??♀️. my husband will call the office but I know they gon say the scrathces were there before and its not their fault. we are very upset about what happened. DONT COME HERE! DONT WASTED YOUR MONEY!

This car wash has gone down hill over the last few years. The employees are lazy. Twice now I've paid for the top one and haven't gotten full service. They didn't even touch my wheels or tires. They used to be great but not anymore. I won't be going back

It's hard to get excited about a car wash but this place is worth driving a little farther for. The price is quite reasonable at $17 and you get the works for that price. The entrance is a bit awkward requiring driving in almost a full circle to get pointed into the car wash itself but it wasn't that bad. The service was courteous and diligent and the end result was flawless. We didn't vacuum the interior before getting the car washed which required us to run the awkward entrance a second time, but now we know. Great car wash and highly recommended.

Have used this car wash many times. I like it. If you treat them well the attendants will take care of your car. Tip them well because they are for the most part out there in the sun, rain, cold. The only reason it's not a 5 is because it's not the easiest to get in and out of. If they are backed up if can be a little hard to get out at the end with all the cars. But worth it.

Got my windshield cracked, which I need to replace now. I talked to the person who was doing the towel dry and got him to notice the crack. He advised me to talk to the number on receipt. The guy on the phone kept telling it must have happened before without checking and later started claiming there was no crack on exit. He did not even bother to check with person on duty. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Even the most premium wash was not enough to clean a bug splatter on the bumpers. You are better off just spraying water on car from somewhere else.
