Eve was incredibly helpful in helping us register our vehicle, do a title transfer, and get our new license plates for Washington. We had spent hours and hours talking to different Washington Department of Licensing individuals, and each time we got a different answer. We had been unable to register previously, but it was very clear that Eve understood the rules and regulations well - which is very difficult to do since it's like tax law, super complicated.
She went above and beyond and called the Department of Licensing herself to get a straight answer, then ultimately was able to help us get our plates. Having a knowledgeable person who is competent in their job goes against the poor reputation that the Department of Licensing can sometimes get, and I am extremely grateful that I happened to have her as the individual to help me get this very frustrating issue resolved. I had spent 6 months trying to resolve this, with many, many hours wasted.
Please give her a raise and a promotion for her job competence, professionalism, and dedication to helping get things fixed and resolved for the customer!

Eve helped me on a busy Saturday morning. There was a lot going on in the little office, but everyone there seemed nothing but pleasant. I was in and out rather quickly for a licensing place. Would recommend it to anyone.

No wait time, in and out within 5-10 mins. Great service, they made vehicle registration a breeze and answered our questions easily. Much nicer than other Licensing Offices I have been to in the area, in terms of both service and atmosphere. Plus cute holiday decor.
If you are not sure what you need to bring in, call ahead of going.
