Mill Creek Sportsclips has very friendly staff and provide great haircuts. I didn’t have to wait to be seen and my stylist listened to me as I described the haircut I wanted.

I took my 10-year-old autistic son and not only was the lady who was cutting his hair rude but the hairstylist next to her was also rude. The girl I worked with was dark skinned with a short men’s haircut. The hairstylist next to her had orange hair. I dont remember their names. My son was misbehaving and would not keep his head still so the stylist tried for about 30 seconds and then said if he won’t keep his head still we can’t do this. I said I totally understand and I said sorry and I told my kid to get out the chair. The girl didn’t say a word and just looked at me with an incredibly irritated mad face. Didn’t say it’s OK or anything. my child then yelled and the stylist next to her acted so annoyed. She rolled her eyes and threw her hands in the air. I’ve had problems like this before with him and I have always had the stylist console me and him and say sorry it’s OK but we just can’t do this. I’ve Never had someone be that rude to my autistic son or me during a haircut. I will never go back to this sports clips or any sports clips for that matter.
Also, The last time I got my haircut there I got a very simple fade and the lady doing it was clearly in training and her manager had to come over and finish the Haircut for her and train her in the middle of my haircut. There’s a reason this place has terrible ratings. I should’ve listened.

Clean, fresh barber with chill but talented staff. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

've been a regular at SportClips MillCreek for my haircuts, and I'm delighted with the experience. The salon exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the staff are exceptionally friendly.
My hairstylist, Tina, has consistently demonstrated exceptional listening skills, carefully considering my requests and offering expert advice on the most flattering styles to suit my face shape and hair type. Her attention to detail is impressive, and the haircut itself is always skillfully executed.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great haircut experience. All staff are very friendly and get to know you as a person. The manager there Allessandra is very friendly,kind, and gets to know people as a person and engages with all people.

The stylists always listen to me when talking about what kind of cut I'm looking for. They also check in often with how I'm feeling about the cut during the process. My son also likes going here for his cuts (11yo).

Tina is great hair stylist, I take my son to this store for 3 times now. She is very friendly and always check with us if we like the style. Recommend to others if you stop this location!

Got a very choppy and uneven fade that I didn’t see until I got him because I wasn’t shown the back of my head. Another barber was doing two cuts at once and manically made this lady sit there with her cape on doing nothing for 30 mins. All the sport clips locations have gotten bad around here, I’m going to take my business elsewhere.
