The printing department is so efficient and creative. They check and double check to make sure that the finished product is just what you want. Mya was friendly and extremely helpful. She was totally skilled with printing my rather unique job. Especially at this busy time of year, it is so gratifying to have Staples solve problems and be so calm. They do an amazing job of meeting deadlines for the customers! Thank you, Mya, in the printing department.

Had a poster printed and laminated, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, price was fair and the quality of the work was fantastic. Highly recommend.

After several great experiences in the print shop, my wife and I set out to buy a laser printer for our home office. We milled around the printer aisle for 20 minutes and was never approached, or even acknowledged. We found a printer on Amazon but didnt want to wait. We selected the printer using consumer reports but found that source to be several years old. We needed a printer immediately and was hoping to get advice a little more current information than CR. Sadly no one was interested in helping the two lost people in the printer aisle. If we were standing in the paper aisle I could understand it.

Awesome customer service by the printing staff- thank you for caring! I had immediate service when I walked in. I was told someone would be with me right away. They had all the right tools for me. Friendly and efficient customer service.

There is only one trained (and rude) TSA pre-check lady at this place who takes smoke breaks when she's running behind and doesn't honor appointments for customers. If you are running behind you should stick to the schedule and only when you are caught up and someone no-shows do you take a walk-in. Being organized and making an appointment apparently doesn't pay off AND dragging our two toddlers to hang out all night at Staples isn't going to work (only other parents would understand not the 16 year old working at the store who gave me attitude when I asked)!! On behalf of my husband who didn't get his appointment because the TSA lady was blatantly passing him by, don't waste your time. Not to mention how I was treated during my own appointment felt like being at the DMV or by TSA themselves. Just hire someone better!

Angie, in the printing center is awesome! I came in needing a résumé printed for an interview that I had 45 minutes later, clearly I was in a bit of a hurry. It was obvious that she was very busy juggling several different tasks, but without an issue she paused what she was doing to print out the résumé I emailed. She didn't blink an eye when I ask her to print it on the paper that I brought in. She worked quick and efficiently! Thank you Angie!!

Very friendly and helpful staff at the copy, scan etc area. Very visible and were quick to help when myself or the machine bungled. Great experience.

I was looking for a part-time summer job to gain experience and of all places I applied, Staples was one of the very few willing to provide me that opportunity. Their willingness to be flexible with my schedule and accommodate to my needs is what encouraged me to continue working there (until Spring Quarter) even though I initially wanted to only apply for the summer. The experience at the front desk allowed me to grow more in customer service skills and connect with fellow passerbys. It's a definite recommend if anyone is looking for a job to gain experience.

Why do Staples employees keep wasting my time? I called this location ahead of time to try and save myself possible hassle and ask about a specific product that was out of stock in stores and only available online, but could also be delivered to the store location with a 1 hour pick up option. First of all, the person I talked to on the phone said that meant they had it in the store currently if pickup was given as an option and it would be there at the store if I drove over. I just found out from Google that 1 hour pick up actually means the product has to be shipped from a warehouse to the store location and is not in the exact store. (This is fine with me, but I was told incorrect information & I don't know why the employee doesn't know their own policy.) So, before I drove over that employee told me that they could put the item on hold for me and I gave them the exact name and code multiple times when they asked. I drove all the way over there to find a different version of the item on hold with a note on it saying the item I had asked to put on hold was out of stock. I was never told this on the phone or contacted after the phone call about it. This would have been good to know before I drove over there which was the whole point of my calling beforehand. Also, the person at the counter I talked to about this didn't tell me I could still do the online one-hour pick up to have that item that I wanted sent to their store for me and come back for it. The extra star is because they were pretty nice and did offer to help look at what selection was available in store.I ordered the one hour pickup of the correct item today and made sure to have it shipped to a different Staples location because of how frustrating this experience was. This is not the only time I've called a Staples store and been told something completely different would be possible which ended up not being an option when I arrived there. I was told when I called another Staples location that they could order the online pickup item for me on the store computer as part of an exchange even if it was being sent to a separate Staples location (since the 1 hour pickup was not able to be shipped to that store location) This was not true either.Next time, I'm just going to use a different office supply brand store when I need something.

Excellent service. I always go to this Staples to take print outs and buy stationary. They also process UPS and USPS returns. The staff is humble and helpful.

One gentleman in the printing dept was a total failure at his job. I asked to have 3 school badges made for 3 daughters. First he had me send to wrong staples dept after showing me business card and looking at email and saying that it was correct. Kept waiting and resending as he replied 'not received'. He finally said, '0h, you sent to wrong number of address. I heard other customers also being told he hadn't received their emails either; 3 just while I was there! Then he helped me print and scan documents that were never received. Correct address, etc. he had no explanation or apologies. Finally after carefully going over details and even writing down all the info I wanted on all 3 girls badges, I sent pictures which after 3 tries, he finally received. He said it would take till the next evening to get done. Never heard from him so 3rd day, I called. First he had no recollection of me though I spent over an hour going through details. Then he said he only had 2 girls info and he'd 'sent an email' for me to proof before printing. No emails at all...none in primary or spam, or anywhere. I suspect he screwed up and this was his fabricated excuse. He wanted me to resend everything to him and he'd look into it. Are you kidding me? I asked to speak to manager but guess what?, he was not there today'. I called the Staples in Lynnwood rather than this Mill Creek one, was immediately put through to a manager who would have their print dept manager call over and get my order and they would process it at their store. They'd call me back soon and get any missing or erroneous info. Corrected and the order completed. True to their word, they called me back a short time later. Don't go to that dept! Oh, and I stopped at tech dept to get power cord for Acer Chromebook 315 5gb. They couldn't do that..they had to have computer in hand because it could be any one of a number of cords. Went to Best Buy, gave aforementioned info, and they gave me the cord. Hmmm. I wouldn't recommend this store at all.

Recently I went in to another office supply store & got terrible service so I wasn't expecting much at Staples. I lowered my expectations - didn't expect much. My experience in Staples was great - and not because I lowered my expectations. I got good service. In the other store I told a clerk that the price was wrong on an item he rung up. He dismissed me, rang me up & sent me on my way. In Staples, a young man asked me if he could help me find anything & escorted me over to the calendar aisle. He was with me the entire time & even walked up towards the register with me. Very friendly & I felt valued through my whole experience.

I rarely go to staples for my needs typically I go straight to Amazon. Although, after a long day and realizing that I forgot my laptop charger in my home state. So being now here in Washington as my new home, off to staples I went. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Ruben the sales manager. He didn't just point in the direction of the chargers, walked me over and discussed my options and together helped me come to another option. I was so impressed. Went home wrote the whole story on my Facebook page and this yelp. Thank you again Ruben J. You made a forever staples customer out of me. I will be there in the future for all mine and my office needs. Thank you again for the very best and extremely amazing customer service experience today.
