I wish I could remember the name of our hairdresser, but I will just say she was wonderful and gave us exactly what we wanted. Very talented and very kind. My grandson is only 3 years old. She was very good with him. He looks so cute!

Love Trang, she's the best.
Stylist: Trang is my stylist and I have been going to her for 12 hrs. She is a very pleasent person, so it is enjoyable to go there. She knows how to cut my hair and she always cuts it the way I like it. I will keep going to Supercuts as long as ahe is there.

Showed up on time for my appointment, but had to wait 20 minutes. Not sure, but think I know what happened. The haircut was great as is usually the case.
Hair type: I have thick black hair that is very stiff when cut short.
Stylist: La has been cutting my hair for several years now. She knows how to cut my hair type, and always does a great job.

I ended up cutting my own hair using the shop's clippers. Let me repeat this: I STOOD IN FRONT OF THE MIRROR AND CUT MY OWN HAIR. How did that happen, you may be wondering... well, I am black. I have medium texture, almost straight hair. The Asian lady working at this shop started cutting my hair with the clippers and quit after two minutes claiming she didn't know how to cut my hair type. When I tried to show her that all she had to do was go over my hair with the clippers, she said she has a cosmetology license and is not a "barber" so I'm not sure why she was taking appointments. She seemed to be able to cut white people's hair just fine. If you want to support this business, that's your decision but I would just be careful as you may end up with half a haircut like I did.
