The learning experience has been a great launchpad for our toddler and we are so glad we chose them. When we initially enrolled our son we were skeptical if he’d be able to adjust and find comfort. However, the teachers made sure he was loved and cared for. They held him when he was seeking comfort and let him adjust to the daycare schedule at his own pace. We also love the playful learning schedule filled with songs, outdoor time and sensory activities. Our little boy is thriving and how!
I highly recommend The Learning Experience at Mill Creek to new parents who are looking to find a safe, friendly and caring environment for their little one.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Learning Experience in Mill Creek! Our 4-year-old daughter absolutely loves going to school each day, and as parents, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing she is in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where she is truly thriving.
The teachers and staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and engaging. They go above and beyond to make learning exciting, and we’ve seen so much growth in our daughter.
We also appreciate the consistent communication and the structure of the curriculum. It’s clear that The Learning Experience is committed to early childhood development and creating a positive foundation for lifelong learning.
Thank you to the amazing team at TLE Mill Creek for creating such a wonderful place for our daughter to learn and grow.

I am so happy with The Learning Experience-Mill Creeck! The staff is incredibly caring, and they create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for my child. The teachers are attentive and always ensure my child is comfortable and engaged. The activities are both educational and enjoyable, and I love the open communication I have with the team. I feel confident knowing my child is in such a wonderful place. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent!

We've been taking our daughter there since she was 7 months old, and now she's 3. Our experience has been really great. She's learned so much and made such good friends. We really felt in each class she's been in so far how much her teachers care for her. TLE continues to give us peace of mind every time we drop her off. We're super happy with our decision of choosing TLE.

Sending our daughter to the TLE was one of our best decisions for her. She was a student in Tod A and all her teachers are exceptional. They were loving, caring and gave great attention to each kid in their class. The environment at TLE is very positive, the staff is helpful and they make sure to prioritize the safety and growth of your child. So happy that we decided to choose TLE.

My little one has been going to TLE for almost 3 years. All of the teachers have been very attentive, caring, and helpful. Their nutrition program is great. They have a wonderful annual picnic. And all of their supporting staff are responsive and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

Our son had an amazing time here. He had the same teachers since day 1 in the toddler program and that speaks volumes on how good their faculty and management is. The teachers are super dedicated. The on-boarding program was a breeze thanks to Divya. Our son loves his teachers Sara, Tesh, Belaynesh.

Our child attended TLE Mill Creek for Twaddler, Preschool and Pre-K and we could not have been happier with the care and education they received at TLE. From the front desk, to the teachers, to the teachers aid and helpers, everyone is just VERY friendly, warm, and kind. I am sad that we will be moving on, but very happy with our time and experience while at TLE!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful and they truly care about each and every child. Special mention to a few staff members who you may see at the front desk: Divya, Sylvia, Sara..they are awesome! My child has been attending The Learning Experience - Mill Creek for the past two years, and I have seen firsthand growth in that time. My child loves going to school every day, and is always excited to share school related things.The teachers are very calm and understanding, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help my child succeed.I am also satisfied with the curriculum. My child has learned so much in the past two years, and I am confident that my child is well-prepared for kindergarten.Overall, I am incredibly happy with The Learning Experience - Mill Creek. It is a wonderful preschool, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a high-quality early childhood education for their child.

TLE has been a great child care institution for our kid. We are amazed to see the compassion and dedication the staff has towards the kids, their activities and curriculum. The staff here at TLE is absolutely great. Regular TLE updates via emails, greetings on arrival and departure with happy smile for kids and parents, responsiveness to queries, meaningful insights from the interactions with the office or class teachers, discussing and helping kids on the specific requests or points are some of the natural characteristics of staff here at TLE Mill creek.The premises is very clean, the classroom has everything the kids need for their day to day activities, like.. toys, learning materials, arts (you would be tired in collecting them), music, multi-language reading etc.The only thing I felt can be improved from better to best is food. Kids are served precooked food and evening snacks are very light after lunch at 11:30 or noon, so if kids are leaving the school at the end of the day, they would be super hungry. They would happily give multiple servings in the lunch or the evening snack if a kid requests so, but i guess that’s a rare scenario for any kid.

The Show 'N Tell app bridges the gap between home and daycare. We receive real-time updates, photos, and messages—keeping us connected even during busy workdays. TLE’s facility is a fortress of safety. Clean, organized, and equipped with age-appropriate resources, it ensures our child’s well-being.In summary, TLE is more than a place—it’s a haven where little hearts bloom. When we first started our search for the perfect preschool for our son, we were looking for a place that would not only care for him but also foster his growth and development. After two years at TLE, we are confident to say that we made the right choice.Environment: From the moment we walk in, we are greeted by the warm and welcoming environment that the staff at TLE have created. The classrooms are bright, clean, and filled with a variety of educational toys and materials that have kept our son engaged and excited to learn.Staff: One of the standout features of TLE is the dedication of the staff. Each teacher and caregiver have shown a genuine interest in our son's well-being and progress. They are not only attentive and nurturing but also incredibly patient and understanding. We have seen a remarkable improvement in our son's social skills, and we attribute much of this to the positive interactions he has at daycare.Curriculum: The curriculum at TLE is thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of young children. Our son has been exposed to a wide range of activities, from arts and crafts to basic literacy and numeracy skills. We've been particularly impressed with how the curriculum is adapted to each child's learning pace, ensuring that our son remains challenged but not overwhelmed.Communication: Communication with the staff has been seamless. We receive regular updates about our son's day, including his achievements and areas where he may need additional support.Safety and Hygiene: The safety and hygiene practices at TLE have always been top-notch. Especially in light of recent events, the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure that all health guidelines are followed, giving us peace of mind that our son is in a safe and clean environment.Meal Options: However, we do have one area of concern: the lunch and snack options provided. While we appreciate the convenience of provided meals, we've noticed that the lunches are frozen, and the snacks are not as filling or nutritious as we would like for growing children. We believe that fresh meal options and more substantial snacks would greatly enhance the daycare experience and provide the children with the energy they need for their busy days.Overall Experience: Our overall experience with TLE has been extremely positive. We have watched our son thrive in an environment that is both nurturing and stimulating. We are grateful to the staff for their hard work and dedication, and we would highly recommend TLE to any parent looking for quality childcare.

My 4.5-year-old child has been attending TLE located in Bothell for over 2.5 years. What I have noticed is that the staff here is incredibly caring, patient, and attentive to the needs of each child. They have a wonderful educational program that has helped my child develop essential skills while making learning fun and engaging. They have introduced the L.E.A.P program (in pre-kindergarten), which I am sure will help my child with needed knowledge, tools and a smooth transition into Kindergarten. The program includes L.E.A.P books, with an emphasis on developing the child's reading, writing and math skills. She brings home workbooks and we both rework on the work she did at school, this is undoubtedly my favorite home mentoring time. All I can say is that we couldn't be happier with our experience with TLE to date.The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children. I have noticed significant improvements in my child's social skills, confidence, and overall development since joining TLE.One thing that particularly stands out is the open communication between the staff and parents. They keep us informed about our child's progress and address any concerns promptly. Some of the emails they shared during COVID was a classic example of professionalism and transparency the management brings to their approach.I highly recommend TLE to any parent seeking a high-quality daycare center with a dedicated and professional team. They truly make the well-being and growth of each child their top priority.

My son has been attending The Learning Experience since he was 2 years old, and I can confidently say it has been an incredible experience for our family. From the moment we first stepped foot into the facility, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism.The staff at The Learning Experience truly goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and development of every child in their care. They create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore and learn.One of the aspects that impressed us the most was the curriculum. It's evident that a lot of thought and expertise goes into crafting educational activities that are not only engaging but also tailored to each child's individual needs and interests. My son has thrived academically and socially under their guidance.Moreover, the communication between the staff and parents is exceptional. We always feel informed about our son's progress, daily activities, and any concerns that may arise. It's reassuring to know that we are part of a community where everyone is invested in our child's growth and happiness.Overall, I can't recommend The Learning Experience enough. It's more than just a preschool and daycare—it's a place where children flourish, friendships are formed, and families feel supported. My daughter loves going here. She loved all her teachers - Ms. Shwetha(2), Ms.Meagan. As a parent, you feel happy when your child looks forward to go to school, excited to meet her friends or update about her weekend to her teacher. My daughter started here when she was 2 and barely socializing with anyone. But everything changed since she started going to this center. Her social skills improved and she became one of the most friendly and happy kid. Their curriculum is fantastic and I was surprised to see my daughter picking up language skills and talking about solar systems and asteroid belt at 4, lol. I love their app and how informative it is for parents to see child’s day to day activities and fun pictures. An inclusive center where they celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah or Diwali !
