I went to print some pictures that I bought online. They did an excellent job, the customer service was amazing, they printed everything quickly, the price were fair and the quality of the pictures printed were really good.

The woman working at noon on Tuesday needs to learn that using minimal language is poor customer service. Employing language and using communication to speak to a customer who is smiling and asking questions would be a better way to actually engage people who are coming in. Possibly better training in customer service would improve the experience.

The notary in this place is horrible, did not sign my note for travel. When in the past it has been signed, attitude with clients not good.

People at this location are rude. I have never felt this at any other UPS location. All other negative reviews are so accurate. Never using their service again.

I love UPS because there is always 100% efficiency and courtesy given by their employees. I have sent packages for years, letters, and I’ve always felt safe and well taken care. I will always recommend UPS over anything. Thank you!

I go to ups stores all the time as I’m always ordering things and shipping things off and I use them for various services. I went this week and did a bunch of transactions and one was printing a packing slip and for the first time ever at any location I’ve been to, I was charged over $2 to “open a digit file “ and then .11 to print it. When questioning the associate I’m told that’s to open the file. What do you mean to open the file??? How else will you print what I sent you. This was by far the worst! I’ve never had this and I’ve been to several ups stores in my area. I’ve never paid because I sent them something to print. Plus there bags are higher at this location than any other I’ve been too. Then the snooty associate sucked on top of this.

Bad vibes. I've been here six or seven times — I don't write reviews... at all, but the consistent unpleasantness of the staff at this location motivated me to leave one: the staff seem, at the very least, depressed. At worst, passive-aggressive and a bit hostile. I did not feel like a customer, I felt like an enemy. I have always left this location feeling worse than I had before walking in. This last time I brought in a package by to ship for a friend's birthday — it was wrapped (and decorated) according to UPS guidelines (something I've done probably 20-30 times before without issue), but the staff here made every excuse to me not to accept it, complaining to me that the label would peel off, or that a conveyer would damage it, with an annoyed tone. They could have simply taped around the margins of the label to secure it — and explaining to me that packages get scuffed in transit was an insult to my intelligence. I drove to a different UPS store, 30 minutes away, and they accepted it without issue. At least the automated kiosk works and won't make you feel othered during your Amazon returns.

I’ve always received excellent customer service whether it be for returning items to Amazon or utilizing the Notary Public services. The employees are courteous and work quickly. I’ve seen complaints to the contrary and this has never been my experience in the 15+ years I’ve patronized this UPS Store. Keep up the good work.

All employees on their phones when we walked in. No eye contact. No welcoming. no smiles or other niceties. Really felt like we were putting them out by being there to conduct business.

I don't understand the negative reviews. This store has been my mailing, business address for almost 5 years. I've never been mistreated not met with a smile, their service is just excellent. Every time I go in there they treat me like I'm a customer paying their bills. I'm in there two, four days a week depending on my travels I never had anything but a positive experience.
