“Very knowledgeable and friendly help from Athena, who absolutely knows her stuff and will educate you and guide you towards some amazing items, tools, and herbs that you might not have been aware of previously.
Whether you are seasoned at your craft or just new and curious, this is a very supportive welcoming and fun place to shop and learn. The prices were very reasonable as well for the high quality products.

“Costumer service is slipping. I've heard multiple staff, swearing and frustrated at very seemingly small things when I've overheard the grumbling. The attitude used to be so light and it's starting to feel a little heavy in there sometimes. I accidentally bought a Men's multivitamin (as I didn't have my glasses on), I also didn't use my membership number which I expressed when I brought it back to see if I could swap, was unopened... and the "shift lead" was really very rude and short with me. I just lost someone very close to me, regardless of that... I come here everyday... I would assume the "local" feeling would be staying. But I suppose not.”
“I've been to many supplement stores, but the Vitamin Shoppe on Aurora Ave N in Seattle is hands-down the best. Every time I walk in, the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
What I really like though, is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. I had a ton of questions about protein powders.

“I was only there once I’m not sure about wheelchair assistance. I don’t think so but call ahead and ask. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They do have sales and one area on the back has clearance items- vitamins and some powdered supplement. I picked up a couple at 75% off. I really suggest calling ahead before going. They’re very nice like I said earlier Save your gas.”

You can also order online for delivery but it’s worth going out of your way to their new location for the clearance section full of heavily discounted supplements and health products. One of the friendly staff said they moved bc of being robbed so many times, I didn’t realize that was an issue in Redmond.”
