worst experience with Millcreek branch staff is not supporting. They all are busy so much. They do not have time to support for customers.

I had the worst service in this location today. The manager ask me what I am there for and I said I want to close one of my checking accounts. He immediately came up with all kinds of excuses that they are so busy bla bla It’s so funny that if I would have said I want to open an account I know he himself will help me out. So disappointing!

I have been using this branch location for 6.5 years and today I’m highly disappointed in the management. As it stands I will be looking for another branch location to utilize while looking for another financial institution that may not be racist. After 6.5 years of having direct deposits and making deposits [large enough], I have never been asked about the origin of checks or what the funds would be used for. I place no blame on the teller. She did her job and even tried to offer a promotion. When the Banker and then manager began asking a question, out of the ordinary, and never asked before when large deposits have been made, as an African American who pays attention to the discriminative practices that large financial institutions like Wells Fargo make and end up in the news, it’s concerning. When asked to see their policy for the alleged reason for their questions, both the Banker, Victoria, and Manager, Stacy, refused to identify what the policy is, only stating that as a financial institution, they take on the financial responsibility. Repeating the same question several times of what the policy states and why have I never been asked this question before, the manager refused to answer the question, only stating that she would listen to my “concerns.” Well, I have no choice but to identify this as racial and discriminative practices and would not recommend that anyone use this location, let along Wells Fargo.

This without a doubt was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a local branch. All I wanted to do was withdraw money out of my own account, I had 3 people in front of me and 2 behind and they have one teller working while 5 other people sitting at their desk with no one in front of them. And all they could keep saying is sorry about the wait instead of actually getting up and servicing their customers behind the window. When I finally did get my turn at the window 20 minutes later they had to get a manager involved to complete my request and now I've been given the third degree on everything to do with my account after already presenting my ID and my debit card they now need to know who else is on my account? ( I'm the primary) what was the last transaction made into my account where did it come from and for how much we are now 15 minutes into this transaction. I asked the manager in front of me is this normal practice for Wells Fargo as a whole or is this something that they do just at this branch because I did this exact same transaction at another Branch 6 months ago and they didn't pry into every aspect of my account and my life before giving me the money. I'm not sure if it was racism or classism that was involved here but it was definitely something and I don't know what else to do but leave a bad review. Whoever the manager is there she is not good at her job she is not good at customer service she is not a polite person even though she tries to act like she is. Do yourself a favor go to any other Branch but the one in Mill Creek because overall Wells Fargo is a good bank but this without a doubt is a terrible branch.

Banked here for my business...at this specific branch for something like 12 years and personally with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years. Wonderful, professional folks who consistently provided superb service. Read some of the insulting and even liabilious "reviews"...truly pathetic and sad. Treated beyond well and I recommend them whole heartedly. And that's the simple truth...

Wow, I have never experienced a bank who doesn't have time to open an account. 4 people in an empty bank and no one wanted to transfer 500K into a new account. I guess another bank gets my business?

When I first entered there were three employees just staring at me they don't say and just stare at me for a couple minutes and then when finally someone came to assist me they were very, very rude. I applied for a credit card and received mail that I got approved and I just needed to bring a copy of my ssn i could either fax it or mail it back to them. I don't have a fax machine and if Ur I sent it through the mail it wouldn't have gotten back in time so I decided to bring a copy of it because if i sent it through the mail it would've been a copy. Also another reason i didn't wanna send my ssn through the mail is because people could steal it. She said that we couldn't just copy it and she would have to see the physical, but why couldn't she just see my I.D to match it.

Wells Fargo stole over $160,000. Fraud is still rampant at Wells Fargo.
