A wonderful bike shop with great service of you can be a little patient. The owner will always do right by you and make sure you're satisfied..... within reason.My ine complaint is that their hours are not accurate on google and not posted on the store because they change a lot. For example im posting this review at 11:50 am on a Tuesday and goggle says he should be open...... he's not.

I don't trust anyone else in town with my bike other then I have been getting my bike fixed with Paul for the past 15 years He's always friendly and does a fantastic job. You just have to be patient he is indeed only one man.

Stopped in about a week ago to check if they did e-bike conversions. was told that they do and discussed some prices on motors. (theirs vs buying direct) Owner insisted the price i was seeing online was motor only when I remembered it being motor+battery. Went home that day to double check and i had remembered correctly. The price i saw online was Motor+battery but they didn't have a few of the accessories i wanted. Went back yesterday to let the owner know I was remembering the price I saw correctly but he was extremely rude and interrupted me constantly telling me he spoke with his distributer and i didn't see what I thought i saw. Because I like convenience and the the shop is the closest to me that will do conversions i was going to offer him my business anyway. He was in the middle of a repair that he wanted to get back to, which is fine. but I was offering him essentially a 1500+ sale that he completely ignored because he was so fixated on "being correct" He essentially called me a Liar and I was just trying to let him know what deals exist out there. Very poor time management skills. I was planning to leave my bike there and walk home so he could work on it when he had time and got the order in but he wouldn't let me explain that and basically shooed me out the door. DO NOT USE THIS BIKE SHOP.

Researched bike shops in the area decided to stop by. Upon coming in and looking at bikes we were not greeted. When my wife said we were looking for used mountain bikes, he very rudely huffed “we don’t sell used bikes”. Short and rude, wasn’t worth the drive. Only took 10 seconds to scare away potential customers by having a poor attitude.

IM VISITING SPOKANE VALLEY WA I HAD A FRIEND IN THE AREA WHO RECOMMENDED THIS BIKE STORE WHO KNOWS THE OWNER PAUL I HAD A ISSUE WITH A FLAT REAR TIRE LAST WEEK THE TIRE WAS COCKIED REAR BRAKES WOULDN'T WORK I WAS AT THE STORE LESS THAN 10 MINUTES PAUL HAD MY BIKE UP AND RUNNING

I've had two bikes in for service with Argonne Cycle the past couple of weeks. Turnaround was quick both times and prices were fair. I would definitely recommend!

I took my daughter in to find a bicycle. See what they had the gentleman that owned the store was really nice showed me around explain what he had and how it works. My little daughter walked out the store that day with a nice little bicycle for a fair price.

Called to ask a question about inventory. Since bikes are so popular right now. The guy that answered was super rude and cut me off before I could finish to tell me he didn't have what I was looking for then hung up... nice guy.
