Store entrance is extremely dangerous. They have a ditch that I didn't see and fell in it. Very stressful and cost me $275 in towing fees!!! I got lucky my car didn't go on its side. Had my kids in the back. My car suffered front bumper damages! When I was waiting for the towing company about 4 people told me they always see that same thing happen to others. That ditch needs to be filled in! Have the perfect driving record so that was very scary.

This pharmacy has the worst telephone customer service I've ever experienced. They do not care about their customers or assisting them. I have had good experiences with the pharmacists themselves and a few of the techs, but overall this, like almost all commercial pharmacies, does not provide competent customer service and does not care about the patients who go there.

These are the worst stores in America! I came to these stores several times and they don't work all the time: cameras, computers, or other things. It is simply impossible to take a photo or print postcards and photos! Everything works for them in the morning forever, but everything is broken in front of us... it's just funny. They always have it like that! It's just disgusting!

I received my delivery, which is a sealed bag that a walgreens employee packs, and once I opened it, I was gagged by cigarette smell. When I called because this is a serious hygiene issue, the manager claimed she packed my bag and she doesn't smoke, so it had to be the driver. Though the smell never came through until I opened the bag. The smell was even on my redbull cans, and I had to wash everything and toss the bag in my outside bin ?

I needed to buy Benadryl for my daughter who was having a bad rash the cashier lady was just standing there chatting with a men, I needed service and they just looked at me and continued chatting can't believe this I guess chatting with men is more important than doing your job.

Not getting the answer you wanted DOES NOT equate to poor customer service. YOUR insurance company requiring YOUR doctor's office to complete a prior authorization is NOT the fault of Walgreens. The pharmaceutical industry is NOT immune to manufacturer shortages. They CANNOT guarantee that a medication will be available from the time you call and check to the time that your prescription is actually filled. Inclement weather on the pass can delay deliveries. These employees work hard to fill a high volume of prescriptions, all the while getting cussed at and yelled at for things they cannot control. Show them some grace as they are doing the best they can.

Bryan the Pharmacist needs an attitude check. Was told they didn't have my medication in stock after calling to verify that it was in stock upon my arrival. Until I pressed, he then confirmed that he did in fact have it but shorted me 3 pills, charging me full price. Maybe he was having a bad day but no need to project this into the customer. Terrible Pharmacy and will never use this location again.

Just like the review from a month ago. The male pharmacy technician has horrible customer service. I used this pharmacy one time when my prescription could not be filled at another walgreens. I would avoid this pharmacy unless you like being treated rudely.
