My bf used the atm and shredded my card. When confronted the workers they gave an attitude response saying it did that because it’s not his card. Never have I ever heard this. How does the atm even know who the owner of the card looks like? They talked to him like he was dumb and laughed. No respect whatsoever. Talk with decency atleast. No need to degrade others he simply wanted to know why an atm didn’t give him the card back. It has never happened to us ever! And we’ve used that atm before.

I love this small branch they are like family, I'm very sad that covid has shut down our branch when you live in the local area and now have to drive towns over to get to the bank it really sucks. I hope they have a plan to reopen our bank branch

Long lines all the time . Bank manager will spend time greeting customers in the lobby. Then will spend time looking over tellers shoulders . He will even interfere by reaching around the tellers and taking over there computer screen. He will bounce back and forth like he's helping but in reality only slowing things down. The customer line will get so long that people will open the front door to come in and just turn around and leave. The manager won't even open another teller window himself and help out. He will though stand in the lobby doing nothing but offering you coffee . The tellers are all wearing mask and gloves but they are not practice social distancing in the lobby or customer line. The manager does not wear a mask and is in close contact with customers . This is just a poorly ran branch by an incompetent manager.

I had the worst experience ever, followed by the best experience ever. This location has a manager named Tyron Christopherson. I walked in angry, not a customer, but a victim of fraud. I had been trying to settle this for weeks and was currently on hold for 58 minutes via phone. Let's be real, I was irate. Tyron pulled me out of line and took care of me. He calmed me down, he made me feel heard and he solved my issue. I left this meeting with him not only feeling better about my situation, but feeling like I had a friend. I also felt inspired to be a better person in my own job. How was it that this person could make me feel so comfortable and happy after a such a horrible experience? I truly thought about this. How can I take Tyron's mannerisms and service into my own work? I have only experienced this true feeling of inspiration one other time in my life and I will never forget it. Thank you for letting me learn from you, Tyron. I will use this teaching wisely. Bank of America is lucky to have you.
