Stopped and needed some help with a business banking situation. Tyron (manager) stopped and listened to what we needed and figured out to solve our problem and get things done. I appreciated the extra time and provide good service.

I don't know why this branch has bad reviews. I came to this bank to change my info on banking service, staff on the window was kind, and the manager was amazing and did all my tedious paperworks with bright smiles. They are super kind and nice. Customer centered excellent service was provided !!

I asked about the post credit debit return, which I didn't know about and wanted to know why it happened. The lady who talked to me was a bit condescending regarding my credit history. I didn't really appreciate that, as I didn't ask for how credit works.
