I asked about the post credit debit return, which I didn't know about and wanted to know why it happened. The lady who talked to me was a bit condescending regarding my credit history. I didn't really appreciate that, as I didn't ask for how credit works.

I don't know why this branch has bad reviews. I came to this bank to change my info on banking service, staff on the window was kind, and the manager was amazing and did all my tedious paperworks with bright smiles. They are super kind and nice. Customer centered excellent service was provided !!

I went to the bank yesterday and found it closed and the hours are 10am - 4pm. This does not work for anyone that has a full time day job.I have over 4,000 dollars in cash and don't have an ATM card.Is this bank closing???

Staff has no desire to help customers in a meaningful way! I attempted to make deposit to my wife’s acct with all the info required and was willing to provide any info though they had no interest. Use the atm! Lol talk about putting yourself out of a job.

I love this small branch they are like family, I'm very sad that covid has shut down our branch when you live in the local area and now have to drive towns over to get to the bank it really sucks. I hope they have a plan to reopen our bank branch

My Father had a credit card problem and asked me to look into it. He paid off his BOA credit card and then got a bill for $1.50. I called the bank to see if they could help . I got the bank Manager who I think generally was trying to help. This is how are conversation went, he said he pulled it up and could see the charge. He told me it didn't show what it was for but the $1.50 went back X amount of months. He said it was probably for a late payment . I have been paying mine and my father's credit card payments on time for over a year. Now this is the part that I can't believe came out of this Managers mouth . He tells me " I don't know what the charge is for but its only $1.50 just pay it." " just pay it then you will be done , no more Bill's. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! I don't know about the you but I don't care if it's $1.50 or $150.00 . I want to know what the Bill is for that I'm paying . This is how incompetent this Manager is . When I called the credit card company they told me he should have never told me that . By the way it was a minimum interest charge. I bank at three other banks that aren't BOA and have had this conversation with other banker's . They can't believe someone in a bank would give out advice like that let alone a Manager.

I had the worst experience ever, followed by the best experience ever. This location has a manager named Tyron Christopherson. I walked in angry, not a customer, but a victim of fraud. I had been trying to settle this for weeks and was currently on hold for 58 minutes via phone. Let's be real, I was irate. Tyron pulled me out of line and took care of me. He calmed me down, he made me feel heard and he solved my issue. I left this meeting with him not only feeling better about my situation, but feeling like I had a friend. I also felt inspired to be a better person in my own job. How was it that this person could make me feel so comfortable and happy after a such a horrible experience? I truly thought about this. How can I take Tyron's mannerisms and service into my own work? I have only experienced this true feeling of inspiration one other time in my life and I will never forget it. Thank you for letting me learn from you, Tyron. I will use this teaching wisely. Bank of America is lucky to have you.

My experience at this bank has always been the best; that's a tall order in this age of downsizing people everywhere, especially at banks. I know all banks are charging more & more for tasks these days. Every person here including the manager has always been very friendly, efficient & the best!

So if you are a small business with a small staff and you choose this location as your bank might consider other options. I understand it's frustrating to do multiple deposits at a time but it always shocks me the customer service skills only 2 of these ladies that work here have. Being as someone like myself who has worked customer service for 8 years who understands completely the frustration of it but take into consideration it is your job and the field that YOU chose to work in.... I can't just be rude to one of my clients because their requests are kind of putting me out. Our business does the best we can with what we have to work with especially when it isn't our fault (the employee) that has to do multiple deposits at once. So my recommendation is either hire better staff or train your staff to do the job that they decide to work in which is customer service better! Only one lady their is always so extremely kind and understanding when this happens and so appreciated I wish I caught her name because she deserves all the reconigtion in the world!!!

I went to this branch to cash a check that was drawn on a business account here. And the teller I got told me that it would an 8 dollar service fee to cash the check. This is a check drawn on their branch. Because I was not a Bank of America account holder. And then proceeded to tell me that even if I were to pay their fee they would not cash the check because it was for more than 3000 dollars. This is the worst kind of corporate abuse. The job of a bank is to handle other people's money and Bank of America can't seem to even do that. I called the business owner that gave me the check and he was appalled that his own branch would not cash his check. I will Never do business with Bank of America again nor will I except their checks for any reason.

Consistently the worst customer service. I make deposits for a business several times a week and always receive some type of grief about how many deposits I bring in, I never bring more than four and this takes maybe 4-5 minutes for the banker to complete so I'm not sure why this is ever an issue. I was recently in and Juanita was my banker, she made several snarky remarks in regards to my deposit, there was no line, I was the only customer in the store and the remarks were uncalled for. I also do my personal banking through boa and I am considering switching due to the horrible customer service I receive time and time again.
