Have been a customer here for a while. Stopped in to the office today to facilitate a change in storage units. Not only are the employees friendly and professional, everything was seamless and I was on my way in no time. Highly recommend to anyone in need of additional storage for their items.

I checked in at glacier today and from the check in to the final purchase Diana and car where amazing,customer service was excellent very though on explaining on explaining the the way it work, speaking of facility they where clean and nice yet the best part was the friendly happiness that was given. Thank you glacier west for such a good experience.

Truly enjoyed the security level of this storage. The ladies were always helpful any time. Cleanliness is top tier and the area is safe which gave my family and I comfort. Thanks Cat for the great customer service.

We had a great experience working with Glacier West for temporary storage for our RV! The staff are friendly and their communication was excellent. We would definitely work with them in the future!

(Oops had logged into an old account and reviewed there!) Super kind and friendly experience with Cat and Diana! I went to set up my space and account at the main office and had to bring my gear with me but don't have a lot of experience backing up! They helped me get backed out and turned around with so much patience and good humor. In addition, got me registered and into a perfect spot after making good offers and suggestions to see if I would be more comfortable with other possibilities at the Milton site or Edgewood site, but it wasn't like a pushy upsell! The prices are fair, staff is attentive (I also called a few times and they were great with those, too), facilities are clean and upkept well. Ill store here at least 3 months but with how well it's going, more would be easy too. Met another client on my way out and he reports also being happy with his choice, going on 9-10 months with similar gear as mine. Thank you!

Great space for storage. Outdoor spaces are clearly marked and easily accessible for medium to smaller RV's, Boats and trailers. May be a challenge with larger setups because there is a fairly steep driveway to get up and tight turn when entering the gate.
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
No complaints here.
