My wife and I decided to gift each other a Weber griddle for our anniversary (romantic, I know), and I’m so glad I was able to purchase from our local Ace. They assembled for me and helped with loading it, since I’m recovering from a recent surgery. The staff were super courteous, even when they found it necessary to remove the cover in order to fit it in my van.
You owe it to yourself to shop this store. WAY better experience than you’ll ever get at HD or the big L. :)

Horrible service. Bought my first smoked traeger ever. Wasnt sure abt this purchase but employees told me not to worry abt it can easy return it with in 30 days if you dont like it even if you used it. I even double asked even if its used. Well 15 days later. Trying to return in. Just straight up No. Didnt even look at grill. Ace employees should be more straight up abt product rather than just sell.

Hands down ACE is the friendly neighborhood hardware store! Exceptional service and quality products. I’m repainting in my home and Ladonna, Frank and Tyson have all been amazing by not only helping with finding the right color but also ensuring I have the essential tools and providing tips to help along the way.

I was at the ACE hardware store today and the one employee I encountered was very nice we even had a conversation and anything. Once I had already made my purchase I went back to the store to ask if I could use a coupon. Simple yes or no answer but the manager was so rude and impolite he made me feel like I was dumb or something. How are the employees nicer than the managers ? Aren’t they there to manage questions that employees can’t handle ? I’m not one to review every place I go to but if this can save anyone from having the same experience I had please avoid this store or at least the manager.

Cashier, Cyra, and pink haired assistant, condesending when I asked for price adjustment on items I believed were charged incorrectly. Items on shelf and display confusing, misstocked with misleading price tags. Finally, Tyson stepped in to rectify the problem. He did not understand and was confused. Said store and people are new and trying to work out "bumps"? Due to difficulty, I cancelled and got refund on entire order! I like having Ace in the neighborhood. Pink haired girl is helpful on the floor. Watch the price tags, and check your receipt. Cashiers need trading in customer service. It is nice to have tags reflect correct price of items. One more thing....ant poison should not be stocked with potato chips and snacks. This display was near checkout!Sign me, hope this store becomes wonderful in time.

Customer service was awesome! Free Popcorn, entered to win a Popcorn Maker, and got 60$ off a 200$ ace listed Dewalt Drill and Impact, charger and 2 batteries, and bits! This all after HomeDepot in Federal Way had just bait and switched me for the same deal which was $249 out the door for the same setup exactly once I got to the store.Also no long line of self checkout like Homedepot. This place is a pleasant, time saving experience with great customer serivce!Already used my drill to mount this Vesa mount for a monitor.Thank you to all the staff on Sunday 3/3/2024
