Clean, has wifi, with quarters, gas, store, & bathroom next door. $5 to wash and $.50 to dry for each 5 or 7 minutes depending on size of dryer.

Very clean I have to say it is so handy to have a convince store next door have avaliable signs to know where to get coins and be able to have refreshments while you wait laundry was fast and inexpensive parking always available and easy location to find.
