Found out that Milton is one of the RiteAIds they are closing. So sad as the Pharmacists here are fabulous and remember me by name. Going to miss these folks so much and have appreciated their customer service over the years. Thanks so much!

I’m giving 3 stars it would be 5 but your company took away same day delivery! I am a disabled person that can not rely on people to always be available to me to pick up my prescriptions, and can not wait 2-5 business days for them to be deliver to my mail box! That delivery service was literally my lifeline. I suffer from multiple disabilities and illnesses and being able to utilize that service was amazing! I will most likely have to switch pharmacies so I can find somewhere that will deliver them. That was a huge mistake Rite Aid! Very sad you can not accommodate your disabled clientele!

The whole entire pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy team a person can have. From top to bottom, Ram and his entire crew are awesome and they help keep me alive and for that I am very grateful. I wish not only every rite aid has a team like them, but every pharmacy, Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, the hospital pharmacies, they could only wish they had a team like these guys .....Thank you so much Everyone

I love my Milton Riteaid!! The staff both on the pharmacy & out on the floor are always so friendly!! The store is always so clean & there is always someone to help you!! Thank You Riteaid in Milton!! Y'all are awesome!!

I have been coming to this Rite Aid for several years. I have ADHD, am on the Autism spectrum, have severe anxiety, and struggle with public social behavior. I generally have had phenomenal interactions with the pharmacists here, and they have always been so kind and patient with me. Even though I have moved out of the area, I go out of my way to go to this Rite Aid.
I had one of the most embarrassing interactions I have had in a long time here last week, and I am still upset about it. One of the pharmacists went out of her way to belittle me, become incredibly disrespectful, and be extremely rude. It must have been obvious that I was struggling with her behavior towards me, but the harder it became to interact with her, the more nasty she became. I kept apologizing and thanking her for her time, which made no difference. It was bad enough that my neurotypical partner validated to me how unbecoming her behavior was, and that she was, in fact, very mean to me. When we returned to get my medication, thankfully she was gone, but my partner picked up my medications for me. This is all difficult for me to deal with, because I can’t as easily change my routines and established places I patronize as most people do. I wish people in positions and settings like that would at least put some care and understanding regarding the people they deal with. She probably doesn’t remember what she did, but it has permanently affected my day to day life.

Amazing pharmacy with kind and helpful staff and the most knowledgeable pharmacist. Any questions and Ram has always been able to offer me solutions and the next time I return, he asks if that problem has been resolved. So grateful for my hometown pharmacy.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at this store on July,17. During my visit, I experienced unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from one of your store associates, which I find unacceptable.While I was standing at the checkout counter with my 2-year-old son, he became upset and started crying because he saw some candy. Instead of showing understanding or patience, the female associate at the checkout counter made a face, exaggeratedly covered her ear, and exchanged disdainful glances with another customer. This behavior is highly disrespectful towards me and my child.My family and I have been regular customers of this Rite Aid store, and we have never experienced such treatment before. However, after today's incident, we will no longer be shopping at this store, or at any other Rite Aid locations.I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken to address this issue and to ensure that such behavior does not occur in the future.

I left my Meds at our property,2 hrs,away. Called the pharmacist , he helped get a bridge subscription for my meds in less than an hour. THANK YOU. Saved me a 4 hour trip. Super awesome group!!!
