Recommend Manager Stephanie has a refresher on her customer experience skills . Today when visiting this location to purchase things for my sick girlfriend, I had a question for the friendly cashier Cindy about the price discrepancy of the Vicks humidifier I was purchasing. The website showed this item should be $13 cheaper than the store had it priced as. Cindy quickly got her manager Stephanie involved, who instantly was dismissive and kept giving me incorrect information about why the price had a $13 difference. Instead of coming up with a solution she kept telling me if I ordered it online it would reflect the $13 cheaper price option. I informed her that I had already tried to order it this way, but once i went to check out my cart, the price would change. As a manager she could have easily corrected the price for me, $13 is well within her limit, but instead she talked down to me and belittled me.

I am a regular customer who can go in there multiple times a day. I went back for a second time. I saw a manager talking with another coworker whom i passed. Next thing you know, one of them came to the isle i was on and asked if i needed any help finding something. I said no while she was texting. I felt judged profiled. I should have talked to the manager. I will be in there again. Makes me want to go somewhere else. Annoyed

I would like to give a better review, over-all, but I was very unhappy with my last visit to this store. First problem , that I have had for so long, is that they put the soy creamer on the very top shelf of the dairy case, behind a metal post, so it's almost impossible to get it out, esp. since I am a short woman. To make matters worse, now I discovered that they also put the vanilla soy milk also on the top shelf, wedged in so tight it won't come out. I am allergic to dairy milk, so I buy a lot of soy; I don't like the other products. I could not buy any soy milk or creamer because I couldn't reach it, and there was no one around to help me. I also had a big problem when I tried to pick up one of the bags to put it in my car, and it was SO HEAVY that I got a sprained wrist from it. I had told the bagger to NOT make my bags too heavy. He also did not offer to do a carry-out for me. ( I spent $160.00.) The 3rd. issue I had last visit is that I found ANTS in my raspberries! This was the last straw. I am pretty unhappy. I used to like going to this store, which is in Milton, WA. Zip code: 98354 * I don't know why it says San Francisco under my name.

For the second time in a few weeks I ordered delivery from this Safeway and they claimed they delivered my food, but did not. When we called to complain they stated that they did not know how that was possible without them confirming ID and they stated that there was no picture taken as proof that it was delivered. I have motion sensors and cameras on my front porch. Maybe you should fire whoever keeps stealing my food.

We've been ordering for grocery delivery and multiple times it says it's delivered but there is nothing. They have also multiple time rescheduled or canceled our deliver due to staffing. I'm tired of having to call customer service

It’s the only grocery store in town so my NO recommendation won’t hurt business but being the only grocer in town how about hire more employees and open the other 8 check stands. Every freaking day I go in there the lines at the 4 or less check stands that are open have a 5-10 person line! There twelve check-stands in the store and you staff 2 to 4? After work is a joke along with Saturdays. I’ll drive to Haggen Lakeland, pay more, spend the fuel to drive across the valley to avoid the lines at Safeway. Haggen isn’t much better when it comes the lack of check stand workers but the experience is more pleasant. Hire more grocery workers, PLEASE! Corporate greed is not helping customer service or employing Americans.

This location is usually pretty decent, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. We did get a boneless steak once that ended up having a bone in it that seemed like it was purposely hidden by the packaging (but it might not have been on purpose, accidents happen) it was just a little irritating at the time. They're usually pretty quick.

It's Safeway, the greatest and best super market you can shop at, how did you have a bad time? You were probably already in a b!tchy mood before coming in. It's clean and always fully stocked perfect temperature and everyone wore masks.

No regard for human life. I went here on a saturday and several people were roaming around without masks! Disgusting. This place does not deserve to be open at all if they are to be so careless.
