The pharmacy staff answering the phone today was very rude and curt. She sounded annoyed answering my questions, then proceeded to end the call after I said “thank you, but.” I not a native English speaker and was sick so I needed more time to get my full message across. So, that is why just 1 star.

I would give zero stars if I could. On 9/17/25 at the Milton Washington pharmacy while waiting in line for my turn at the checkout I witnessed a woman faint or have a seizure while it was her turn at the checkout counter. No one in the pharmacy followed through with 911. I was shocked that they did not call 911 and have her observed after leaving the store. I came back to talk to the manager and his name was Greg Ingle and he was rather flippant. I have been a regular customer for over 20 years and am switching my pharmacy. I have tried to get ahold of district managers and was told I would be called back and never was.

I’ve had such a great experience with the Safeway Pharmacy on Meridian in Milton. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient whenever I have questions about my prescriptions. They make the process smooth and efficient, and I never feel rushed. I really appreciate how they go the extra mile to ensure everything is accurate and that I understand my medications. It’s comforting to know I can count on them for reliable, professional care. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Pharmacy staff were very accommodating for my situation. I called them 5 minutes after my doctor sent over some panic attack medication which are new to me, and they put an urgent rush on it and when I got there and was still in panic mode they let me collect myself in a private space with an ice pack and checked in on me / didn’t make me feel judged. Thank you especially to Karla I believe her name was, you guys really are amazing there!

Called to verify if they had a prescription before sending my script over since all my pharmacies closed. Woman on the other end of the phone was kind, patient, efficient. She verified they had the script and looking forward to going in and picking it up:)

I love this store!!!! I don't know how y'alls rating is so low but I love this store and so do all of my children. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and eager to help! I bet that before theft became an every day thing they were even more pleasant.

The pharmacists here are very good at what they do..sure the are a bit unorganized as to what’s ready and when, but they are busy they just need a better system and more help! But these people work hard and treat their customers with respect and always go the extra mile! Thank you for taking care of me

For nearly 5 years, this pharmacy has met my needs for immunizations and prescribed medications. Busy as they are, my meds have always been correct, and, if unable to be processed right away, the time frame has been communicated and met. Especially do I appreciate the warm, courteous manner of the reception staff, including the smiles and friendly, kindness shown me. Im certainly grateful for each one as my meds make all the difference in my life!

I have been member with Safeway since 2010 and this Safeway pharmacy brand is rude and a nightmare. Their staffs didn’t care and have a very bad attitude to customers who need help.
I went to drop off my son prescription and a day later I still haven’t heard anything from them. I called and the lady who picked up the phone was like in a very demanding tone. I asked her about my prescription and she told me they don’t have it on file to refill. I questioned her that how come you guys don’t even call and let me know so I can contact the doctor to figure out what’s going on. If you don’t let me than how do I know to contact the doctor office. She said they don’t call customers. I said that wasn’t true. Other Pharmacy brand also calls customers when things come up. She just like “ that’s my problem not her.” Okay, if you takes the job where people comes to you for help and that’s how you treat customers. She should quit and go somewhere else. This was my second time having problems with this pharmacy brand. The other time they wasn’t have enough pill for my prescription and again no phone call until 3 days later I have to call in to find out what was going on. I called the brand manager and that was it for me. I transferred my prescription to RideAid which have a lot of care to their patients. If you ever wondered about moving your prescription to this brand. Please don’t.

Tara the pharmacist was great helped me to find a prescription on my chart that they said they had ready earlier by phone , but when I went to get it ,not only wasn't ready they couldn't find it in their system and said couldn'tbe filled. So I requested a consultation with a pharmacist. What was really frustrating was the pharmacist earlier ,that said ,it was ready had left.Tara found what the mix up was and explained what happened. So she was able to see the prescription on my, my chart and searched on their system. The others up front,can't find it can't have it,give Tara a 5 star the rest a 3.
