Literally the worst experience I have ever had trying to pay my bill for 11 months I've been having trouble paying my bill when I first started I was supposed to be receiving a bill in the mail and for the first 2 months I did and I would go to the store and pay it there then they stopped sending them so after paying a 60 dollar late fee on top of the regular 50 dollar payment I tried setting up an auto pay which eventually stopped working also and I had to pay another 60 dollar fee on top of my 60 dollar bill so then I decided to just pay the bill in person so i was told to come in on the 30th of every month to pay my bill which I did for a while with no issues then one day I turn on my TV and nothing works so I go down to the t-mobile store to find out what's wrong and it turns out I needed to pay my bill on the 23rd of every month so I pay another late fee and start paying my bill on the 23rd then one day I come in to pay my bill and they tell me that my bill has been payed already by my auto payment which hadn't been working for months so I figured screw it if it works great if it dousnt I guess I'll just pay another late fee and then today I get a message saying my bill is past due honestly I don't care anymore I'm just going to pay whatever I have to and cancel next year when I move I never expected something so simple would turn out being so complicated I just can't wait for next year when I won't have to deal with this anymoreI would not recommend anyone using t mobile as there internet providers unerring any circumstances

Incompetent and unprofessional. JR the "mobile specialist" acts like a sleazy used car salesman. Just wanted to buy a replacement phone and now after everything I've dealt with today I'm switching carriers and will never use tmobile again.

The store manager who works at multiple different locations has the absolute worst customer service! They made an error on their end when i made my trade in and my phone wouldnt work for sh** !!! i was in and out of the store for days in a row and they weren't giving me any working solutions but wanted me to pay a bunch of money for an error that wasnt my fault. when i spoke to the manager he had a terrible stank a** attitude and was just rude. Today they called me back and he was once again an A**hole !! i definitely don't recommend them, shoot id switch my whole phone line if i was you THANK YOU to APPLE SUPPORT for fixing my phone respectfully, for free and explaining the whole process so it made sense to me. T-mobile yall suck! Nav was cool tho

Go and ask for Jacob, the store manager. He is very knowledgeable with all the products. He know how to help you. He helped me with my phone, since I lost it the night before. Keep the great work. Cameron, was also very helpful.

If it was possible I would give a negative star. We made an appt for Friday. We told the person how many phones were needed how critical service was and that the reason we were changing was due to spotty and declining service. We made the appt specifically on Friday because my work schedule did not allow for any loss of coverage with internet or phone and we didn't want to box into a possible issue. We came at 605 for our 6 pm appt. We were told the person had gone to eat because he was hungry. He had not worked ALL day but decided to take OUR time to get dinner. We should have left then. We were clear both on the initial Sunday when we came in and Friday when we came for our appt that we had 3 phones. One paid off and 2 still owing. We told him the amounts. He assured us that this was fine because the credits would cover that in full. He constantly talked of his expertise and about 2 hours in wants to know where the pin number was. I had not been told he needed a pin but we reached out to xfinity for this. Then we continued and he now wants a different number, telling me he wants the release. I asked why he didn't ask for that when we were on the phone with them initially. Now our service was off. We had internet and again reached out. As we are coming to the end of things he says that now that phones are paid, xfinity I'll release the phones. I questioned him, Wait! did you pay them off already? No he said, that will be another couple weeks. So wait, we won't have phones for 2 weeks? NEVER in my life have I seen such.a mess with 2 other employees apologizing for the message created. Then he talks to Xfinity to reverse everything since my husband was over this and wanted everything reversed. We have now been to xfinity and tmobile 11, yes 11 times and it's Wednesday and we still have NO service. Last night we found out that the reason xfinity has struggled is because T MOBIlE who never provided anything but aggravation and stress HAD OUR NUMBERS LOCKED!!!! We have had our numbers for over 15 years and now we have spent OVER 20 HOURS, gas time, lost work, and other personal issues that we cannot resolve or address because of the incompetence of this employee and all the folks behind him.I would not believe it if we weren't living it and it's not over and no idea when it will be.

Great store at a great location. There is no line, great customer service, and close to home. For a quick upgrade or phone purchase, this is the place to pick.

terrible. I set up mobile pay ( it takes the payment out every month) with them and it does not work, as well as them charging 10 more dollars for the basic plan each month. the workers at this location are NO help and would not tell me why my plan keeps going up. I do not recommend this place or T-mobile in general they are terrible. The employees suck.

All of the representatives at the Milton location are the definition of having great customer service. Today, Isabella is the reason I felt the need to write a review. Back Story:I ordered a phone online to be shipped to my house. The phone was to be delivered by UPS. I found out that it needed to have a signature to be delivered. I work during the week and after missing the first two deliveries, I knew that I was likely going to miss the third. On the second day, I tried calling UPS and asked to have the delivery shipped to the customer center so I could come pick it up at a time that worked for me. They informed me that neither they, nor I, could make ANY changes and that it HAD to be made by the shipping department at T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile customer service and was told by the rep that there was no shipping department and that it was impossible to speak to anyone that would be involved with shipping my phone. This is where the T-Mobile store in Milton enters and completely rectifies this stressful situation. I went into the store after getting nowhere on the phone with either company, and Isabella was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my situation and promptly called customer service, who stated they DID in fact have a shipping department with someone who could help solve my problem. Ultimately, she worked out to have my phone delivered to the UPS care center to be picked up after the third attempt to deliver. On day three, after the failed delivery I went to UPS, now my package is lost completely and they can't find it anywhere. There was nothing they could do at this point. I went back to T-Mobile in Milton, and thankfully Isabella was there. She again, didn't hesitate to work on a solution, and was successful in working the situation out. In addition to not ever having a phone shipped to me again, I will never waste my time calling the customer service line, that's for sure. Every member of the team deserves a thank you for being awesome, especially Isabella!

Just when I thought customer service was gone forever. I visited the T-Mobile Store in Milton. After talking to other customers and watching the team help new customers I was impressed. I cant say enough positive things about the entire group but would like to mention Lexi the superstar that set up my phones and changed over my account from Verizon. Thank you for all your help!
