Won't try to deliver packages, and won't answer the phone when called

Very disappointing service. The post office does not open on time according to its posted schedule. There is almost always a long line of people waiting, and the staff seems unable to keep up.

Numerous people I've sent letters to has told me my mail is missing that I've sent it through this post office. Most of the staff is nice but there is one lady in particular who is always so rude it sours your whole day.
