You & I Market is a one-stop shop for residents and visitors to the Moclips, Seabrook, and Pacific Beach area. It is a gas station with a mini mart and the only store for miles, offering all the essentials. Customers can fill up their car at the reasonably priced gas station, though the pumps are old and require payment inside. The market is decently stocked with basic groceries, snacks, drinks, and more, including pancake mix, syrup, soup to nuts, a decent beer and wine selection, and single pot coffee packs. It also carries supplies for a day at the beach like kites and fishing gear, as well as propane for outdoor needs and RVs. Some note most items are overpriced, like the firewood which was once soaked through and is double the price outside of town. Reviews on the staff are mixed, with some finding them friendly folks and others describing them as rude with no people skills. It is a local place that can use everyone's support.
Awesome little store. It's no joke: they have everything! And all the staff are super nice!

Their prices are outrageously high. I was also taxed for a jar of coconut oil which is strange. Why was I taxed on a food item? Anyway they got good stuff just a lil pricey.
