Guy working tonight was really rude and wont be going back! Had a bad attitude for no reason. Closed the store and yelled at a different customer for being slow. The hours on the sign didn't mention a close time.

My girlfriend went to get gas and she needed to use the bathroom also. She entered the store there were 3 people in line and a middle aged man was working at the cash register. She asked to use the bathroom (doing the potty dance) She had to go bad, and the worker told her no for customers only. She replied I am a customer I am getting gas she had her debit card in her hand. He then says no gas is being pumped and refuses to let her use the bathroom. She trys explaining to him she is going to get gas she just needs to use the restroom first it's starting to be an emergency as she is dancing around holding it in trying to not pee her pants. He still refuses to let her use the restroom until she starts pumping gas. She came out of the AmPm and we drove across the hwy to the Shell station where they allowed her to use the bathroom before she payed for gas. We went back to the ampm and asked to speak to a manager or for a number and or name of someone we could talk to to file a c complaint and he told us no and threatened to call the police. We will never use that ampm In monroe ever again

Stop here so many times I can't even tell you. A great place for convenient items food of the sorts even with a drive-thru where you can order food to go in a Drive-Thru so you don't have to go in. You can fill up at the gas pumps and also get your vehicle washing the car wash.

Place is such a dump. Floors sticky and gross. Hardly any snacks on the shelf and warm beer in the fridge. Bathroom was shutdown and the clerk was super rude about it. Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to the shell!

Kutram I think his name was is an absolute creep and very rude. He could not stop staring this lady in front of me up and down like a piece of meat while she was just trying to check out. It was the creepiest and most uncomfortable thing I have ever seen. He then yelled at another lady when she tried to go to the bathroom after she had asked if it was open and he pointed towards it. Definitely not the type of person who should be working around other people. What a creep.

There was no hand soap in the ladies' room! I couldn't touch the door handle, wouldn't do it knowing that there is doo doo on that handle! There was hand sanitizer right outside the door. I used it, but I still felt gross. I would like to be able to wash my hands with soup. I hope that gets fixed soon. I used the one by the door and one in the center of the store. I didn't end up buying anything because I just need to get out of there! I didn't want to touch anything else.

There are two guys that I see a lot who work here that are rude, not helpful, and a disgrace to customer service. I might just quit going here all together. I was a little irritated that I bought 2 donuts that I could have used as paper weights. When I politely mentioned that they might want to switch out old donuts, the guy just said oh well. Maybe he just doesn't know English?? But that is NOT the only time he's been rude!! I give up. I'm calling the manager. If you can't at least fake nice, you shouldn't work at a job that deals with people!!Update: I will call that number that was suggested to me that I call. I couldn't believe the service I got the other night!!! Horrible!!! I have been literally counting change lately, which I thought many convenience stores have wanted lately anyway. So you can imagine my surprise when this dude was literally snearing at me when I was giving him my change to get gas. There were no other customers and he wasn't doing anything else and money is money. I wanted to ask him if he forgot how to count...

The store is usually well stocked with fountain soda and hot foods but they don't accept the ampm app. It really isn't cool how this ampm is robbing customers of what they are entitled to.

Every time I've been coming here over the last seven years the store has been consistently stocked, clean, hot coffee in the mornings and a bathroom so clean I don't have to worry.Whatever you have going on here keep doing it, it's working!They always have my favorite drink in stock!

It's an ampm. Good slushies and processed foodstuffs + they carry gfuel cans which is not the most common. Good place to stop by for a snack.

I get it that you are closed to do end of day sells count but it's not even midnight yet. Its only 945pm when I came by.also the guy had no idea about his products.
